If youre reading this, you know how stressful car trouble can be. My engine was misfiring badly. I thought I was in for an expensive repair. If someone quoted me $500 I probably wouldve believed it the way it was running. Instead I got a very quick and simple diagnoses. Todd looked at it for maybe five minutes them pointed to the part that needed replacing. I ran down the road to the parts store, popped the new one in and it ran like new. Huge weight off my shoulders. Cant recommend these guys enough.

Todd and the rest of the team at Wood Automotive were so, so wonderful. I just purchased a an old/new car (a 1966 Mustang) and was driving it all the way from La Vergne to New York City! They did everything they possibly could to ensure that my car was in perfect condition to drive 900 miles. And we did! If he wasnt so far away, I would come to Todd for any and all repairs that I would need in the future. I cant show my appreciation enough. Excellent service, excellent value, excellent people! Fast and great service! We called them before 6:30AM and they immediately ordered the part, fixed my car up, and then sent us on our way to finish out our road trip! Fastest service I’ve ever had done on my car. Wish we had an automotive shop like this in our hometown!

I call first the Mr. Wood about installing 2 side rearview mirrors that I already bought. I asked him how much for the labor? He quoted me $80.00 dollars over the phone. But when I arrived there he then said it was going to be $140.00 dollars. Once he completed the job he said it is $197.00. I then told him he said $140.00 dollars. Then he looked funny in the face & said oh okay. I charge you what I quoted. Its no so much the amount it was the dishonesty of constantly changing prices of the labor. When I seen that he couldnt be trusted. I will not be back. He then charge me $153.00. I would have probably came back if the man had enough integrity .If I cant trust a manager to quote me a honest price? How can I trust him to fix my car right ?

Took my truck in because it was having a starter issue, turned out to be something more minor but charged me a low price and was fast and friendly.

Ran into this shop-after many refused to help/ or had horrible customer service after We ran into a stripped bolt on a egr valve. Mr. Wood within three minutes had the bolts off for us. We arranged for service on another vehicle and even though we ran later than we said, he remained professional. His shop did an amazing job on the A/C compressor and excellent communication. Will definitely recommend and will remain a customer.

Wood automotive is an excellent place to bring your vehicle for repairs. Todd is very friendly and keeps both my cars running great. Since Ive known him, he has changed my catalytic converters, replaced my coils, turned the rotors, changed the oil, fuel pump and filter, and replaced my spider injector. All repairs have been done quickly, without an appointment, and at a very reasonable price!

Recently moved here from Chicago, have had the same mechanic for 25 years . Now I have my next mechanic that I trust with all of my cars. This shop is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to rob you. Great place to do business with. Ive brought 2 of my cars here for repairs and have been highly satisfied with the service!

The absolute worst most unprofessional car shop I’ve ever came across. To make a long story short they charge me 290 dollars to NOT fix the issue I was having then after continuously bringing my vehicle back and forth to them he finally said he couldn’t figure out the issue on a vehicle he couldn’t move which makes absolutely no sense because they had my keys and could of driving it anywhere. The issue was with my gas tank not allowing me to pump gas for a long period of time due to my vehicle thinking it was full. I would never ever recommend anyone to this place not even a enemy.

Most affordable and knowledgable repair shop Ive used. Best prices on tires and parts in middle tn. Wont use another repair shop again.
