The representative who helped me, Ailish, was very patient and helped me buy a new phone and port my phone number from Boost to my familys existing AT&T account. I had some issues getting the required information from Boost and she was able to expertly guide me through the process. I could not have done this remotely. Thanks again for excellent customer service!

I love AT&T! I have done business with you for over 30 years and you have never let me down. I went into the AT&T store here in La Verne, California. My wait time was less than five minutes, actually I was helped as soon as I walk through the door. The AT&T representative, Jacob, is so excellent. AT&T has a wonderful employee in Jacob. Was just in the store waiting for an associate to to finish with a customer, waited 45 minutes then when he was done, had him come over to me and tell me he had to go to lunch and had to close the store because there was no one else there!

Felt the need to give some just due to a store and a sales associate names Jesse Nunez. Two weeks ago, my wife and i decided to switch from Verizon after approximately 16yrs. We went into the Glendora store next to Target, and without getting too nasty, the short story is it couldnt have gone worse, nothing was handled correctly, i almost cancelled everything and went running back to VERIZON. cooler heads prevailed and i told my wife lets just go to a different store. We bought 3 lines and two brand new iPhone 11s, and that store completely lost the sales, due to rude customer service as well as incompetence.We headed over to the the AT&T store in La Vern, Ca. and Jessie Nunez took the best care of us i have ever had dealing with a cell phone company. Ive been through sprint, Nextel and Verizon, so i mean it when i say we couldnt have been taken care of any better. We stayed with AT&T strictly because of how well Jesse handled him self and creating our new service. At this point we will be life long AT&T customers all thanks to Jesse. It will be a sad day when we go to our favorite AT&T store and Jesse isnt there to help us anymore, when he decides to move on. Thanks Jesse, youre the man!!

This review is based on the excellent customer service and this is to the 4 guys who work there in the La Verne location- Eric, Jesus, Aaron and Rene. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, you dont get this everywhere, definitely referring this location for new phones or upgrades or even a new tablet, I just bought my first Tab S4, Eric was really helpful and knowledgeable!

Went in with some technical questions. The girl who helped me was nice but had no clue what she was talking about. Claimed my problem was a Samsung problem and suggested I go to Best Buy??? No one else I know with a Samsung phone has this issue! Uuuug

Customer service sales people here do not know their product and will add and subtract stuff from your account without you knowing and will set you up with plans that will end up hurting you in the end and the supervisor Arron doesn’t do anything about it other than take his worker sides on any issue that might pop up because of them
