Went into the store to exchange out a Samsung for an iPhone for my 85 year old Grandpa. The Assistant Manager wasnt helpful at all, suggested that I had to go to the original store of purchase. Once I returned to the original store, the staff working stated that wasnt true. Unfortunately, I do feel that she wasnt helpful due to his age, very poor customer service for our senior citizens that truly need help. For future, save yourself time, money and patience for another store that would be helpful.

Don’t go here. I ordered a phone online at 930am. 4pm comes and no contact. I called the store number only to be transferred to a call center. The call center assure me my phone was ready for pick up, especially since it had been 7 hours. I go to the store to not only find my phone not ready, but it can’t be made ready because the “power was out”. ??? Even if that was true, it would have been nice to know 7 hours earlier so I could actually get a phone instead of being told by some rude kid there’s nothing they can do for me

So I broke my phone in the morning and needed a phone, as I use it for work, by beginning of day following morning. I went to corporate location, as Ive already been deterred by this store before, but they were closed. I went home to call around to other locations and this location was open. I told the person on the line I know Im going to be cutting it close but I desperately need a phone tonight. This person lets call him, Christopher W. since thats all the info on my receipt, was initially informative telling me they close at 6pm ( this is approx 5:35pm and I live @ Damien and Gladstone so under 5 minute drive) then after I tell him I just need a new phone hes all ya but we close in like 20 minutes. ( with a sigh and attitude of a bratty teenager)Upon entering neither employee has a mask on, ( I dont care but they mentioned their boss did ) and Christopher has his till already out as if to close his register before theyre actually closed. Hes eventually figures out how to put his mask on and grumbles under his breath to put his till back in the register. I explain my situation and we need to call my wife to verify account via a text code since mine is very dead and broken at this point. This seems a chore for him. Then I ask about my payment options trying to be swift and vocalizing that Im sorry to be the last customer right before close but this is important. He verbally is complaining to me about wasting time and isnt fast or efficient at his job to tell me 3 different things.1. Price of phone out the door with tax2. Monthly payment if half of the total paid3. Monthly payment only paying the taxHe was so unmotivated to attempt to figure this out that his partner had to step in and do this elementary arithmetic for him.I explain I need to quickly call my wife then with these 3 options in mind so we can 1 make a decision on method of paying for this phone and 2 transfer money from savings to my checking as I cant do the mobile banking from my broken phone.Christopher again complains, out loud, about how this is now taking more time and mutters to himself aloud.I initially wanted a case and his partner was quick to assist with that but I chose not to purchase as I dont feel this customer service representative deserves any commissions from my horrible inconvenience to his life. He gets the transaction to an end but is rushing me through trying to hurry me vocally and not allow me the opportunity to read what Im signing and agreeing to.Doesnt even want to give me the chance to turn my phone on and verify its able to activate or that my number has been transferred. When I say thank you and leave hes just mutters something non professional and rushes to close out. ( granted this is now 2 minutes before store is closing so hes fine. His job is done no extra time for him )Ive worked plenty of retail as a youth and even at a phone store for another provider and we were always taught to gladly greet anyone that comes in before closing lock the doors if store closes during the engagement with customer and treat them as if theres no rush. Finish every part of transaction regularly and upsell where seems fit for this particular customer. None of this happened and I really had to bite my tongue to stay polite and not let my temper get the best of me. Naturally this would do nothing positive and Im honestly afraid of how much information they have access to so I would rather go about this through these channels. Ill also be writing Verizons corporate customer service to let them know that employees like this even for a 3rd party authorized retailer are a major stain on their reputation and have lasting impacts that make the decision to jump over to another provide more enticing than just promotional offers.

Just went in to this store a couple days ago cause my phone crapped out on me and I had a really good experience with the staff. They gave me options and an awesome promo! Great job guys you made this so easy for me which I appreciate. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this location for years. Natalie who is no longer there was a wonderful store manager. Her customer service was beyond great. Everyone there is great and always helpful. Vanessa has always been so attentive and goes the extra mile, she came to my vehicle to help set up my Bluetooth. She always takes the time to listen and her customer service is above excellent. Great team!!!😊

I went into this store today because I had an issue with my LG V10. Vanessa approached me and was very friendly and kind of warned me that she was kind of new. All good with me. Later, Nataly walked in and helped her out. Both ladies were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Both deserve great praise, love this stores customer service.

I was worried and stressed about having to update phones, but I received such kind and knowledgeable service, I will be back in a few months to upgrade my husbands phone! Dulce helped us with plan and phone options and ordered the iPhone SE for my son. When we went back today, Natalie R transferred everything from the iPhone and I was so impressed with her expertise I also bought a new Samsung S7, which she also helped me access my GMail account and add Bluetooth device, something I have not been able to do myself. Because I have so much trouble with technology, it is a great relief to have found a place to go to where I trust the employees. Thank you Dulce and Natalie.

Worst customer service we have ever had. This includes all types of businesses from hospital care to trash pickup. Once again, worst ever!!! Visited store for first time 1 year ago for a phone upgrade. Simple right. Apparently not. Eight devices on account. they turn off and activate that number on new phone. Ask them to fix. Took an hour. One month later, got the bill and it was all screwed up due to them upgrading wrong line. Four hours on phone with Verizon customer service to get bill corrected. They even said it was such a useless screw up and that they didnt fix it right. Messed up the upgrade schedule on all the devices on the account. Every time we go in now we have to go through the whole scenario to try to get anything done. Example: went to upgrade another device only to have then tell us it wasnt eligible. WRONG! Explain whole story.....again. Now we have an issue trying to get new Note 7. We realize the issues the phone has isnt Verizons issue but the way they handle it is. Have made four trips so far. First three to get phone that we were told they would have only to find out no they didnt. Then on the fourth trip they had phone but wouldnt exchange it because we didnt bring the box for the bad Note 7 that was being turned in. Never was told this on previous trips. That being said......we have had this phone for 2 months. Who keeps boxes for stuff they buy. Yes usually do for a few days, maybe even a week but no longer. Not my issue that I dont have the box. Never thought we would be going through this. Also said I would have to return all accessories which btw Samsung said they dont require that. I broke the headphones literally first week I got the phone. Slammed them in car door by accident. Currently on hold with Verizon Wireless Customer Service for an hour now. This will be solved today either by getting my new phone or by us leaving Verizon. If VWCS does manage to keep our business, we will never go to this store again. No Apologies only lies and excuses. Lies to cover their issues! Excuses about why its not their issue.

This place is a joke. Ordered new phone, waited a month for it to show up, they call to let me know it’s ready, I show up and said they sold it to someone else. Then said they can order it again and I’ll wait another month. While it’s a new phone (not the end of the world) they couldn’t care less. Go to a normal Verizon store, not this place, save yourself the headache.
