Love this T-mobile store! The employees are awesome and are straight forward. I recently got a new phone along with my husband and the girl was giving us the best options that were going to benefit us which was super nice of her. She was training a new hire at the same time as well, she was phenomenal! After getting our new phones, my husband and I changed our minds on something and she had no issue helping us after even though she had to start a whole new process. I was so embarrassed but they were extremely sweet and understanding .

I cruised into my former Sprint location one night, after the merger and receiving a call about upgrading my device, and was absolutely delighted at the attentive, professional, humble, and excellent service I was provided by the employees at this location. They smiled, welcomed me, asked me how they could assist me, offered me promotional deals (with no pressure) in a detailed and concise manner, explained how would be beneficial to me, and proceeded to help me make changes to my phone plan while also keeping me informed and entertained through the whole process. The experience was excellent, and made me feel proud to be a part of my local T-Mobile/Sprint family. Kudos the Josh, Sebastian, and Kyle! Expert service, expert salesmen! Making this location my personal location for all my cellular services! 👌🏽

Im shocked at how disrespectfully and dismissively I was treated here by Lexxie. She seemed to care more about texting and watching videos on her phone than actually trying to help us. Only reason Im not giving it one star is because a nice gentleman by the name of Omar helped resolve my issue. T-mobile really let me down with this type of customer service.

Customer service was very basic. I had to return not more than five minutes because solution they gave me was inadequate. Nothing was resolved, and it felt like I was bothering them.

Gustavo and Stewart were wonderful. They helped with with everything I needed. Even stayed late to finish helping me with my new phone. They both have great customer service skills and great attitudes. I highly recommend going to this location. They will go above and beyond to help you.

I have been a customer for T-mobile for more than 5 years and have always experienced great customer service. However, this location has provided some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I get better customer service at Mc.Donalds across the street. I requested my account to be reviewed by representative Andrea (key holder) and she refused to open my account to review the comments that T-Mobile customer care provided for them for guidance on their company policies. In the middle of my statement, she walked away from me and told me she knew the policies and refused to open my account to review the notes. I have never felt so disrespected considering it was her job to assist me regarding my concerns.

Giving 1 star because I cant give 0. I tried to switch from AT&T to T-mobile, got my phone shut off by an associate here (young female) without the carrier switch being confirmed/finalized so I have no service from either AT&T or T-Mobile. It has been over a week and I get the run around from everyone. Associates constantly made excuse for the girl saying all i need is my info from AT&T - which i couldnt retrieve because i had been completely wiped from my account! They were supposed to pay off my phone but cant do that either because of the screw up. They offered me a temporary phone for $150, why do I have to pay for a mistake that wasnt on my end? BS. I regret the switch entirely.

My wife and i went to the store to ask for help update our new address today. we got a warm welcom with cheerfully greeting and they gave us the help immediatly, anksering all our questions, setting up auto pay with a diffirent credit card.

Went there a couple months back and had to deal with the worst staff ever. The girl I dealt with was incredibly condescending without actually knowing what she was doing. Avoid going here and make the trip to ANY other TMobile shop should you be unfortunate enough to need their help. Better yet, call the TMobile service line and save yourself the trouble.

My wife and I come all the way from the Inland Empire because this is the ONLY T-Mobile store that Actually helps us whenever theres something wrong with our service instead of the regular we cant do anything about it help .Walked out with two iPhone 6s, and even hooked us up with a big discount on the best cases, .Thanks a lot to the store manager Khalis and Lupita !

I went about 2 weeks ago because I was having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S7. It kept restarting and draining the battery fast from 100% to 0 within 5 mins and I didnt know why. I told an employee at this store and he said they didnt do any diagonostic tests and I asked what would be the best thing to do and he suggested an upgrade as the best solution for my problem.I told him I dont have that kind of money and he said he didnt know how else to help. Instead I did my own research and bought a battery on Amazon. Luckily I was able to solve my problem without the help of the employee who I thought was suppose to be knowledgable over the cell phonesBottom line: They were of no help and I was a bit disappointed with this store.

Went there a few weeks back and the young lady I spoke to although nice was not very knowledgeable and actually turned off the data plan on my phone when I was actually adding another line. They told me they didnt have the new phone I ordered but didnt place the order to mail it until a day later when I came back for something else even when they told me they did. They also didnt tell me that I had to expect an authorization via email before the phone was mailed out. I was notified of the additional paperwork by another T-mobile. All in all, it took way too long to get the new phone. Dont think ill be going there again if I can help it. Not reliable.
