Great people, they couldn’t find a part that fits my frame exactly but they made do and fixed my glasses for free. My glasses aren’t perfect but good enough to get me buy till I can buy the proper part. They could’ve easily charged me the 30 bucks but chose to give it to me for free. 100 percent recommend this place for anyone looking to fix their glasses.

I had take my elderly father to fill his optical prescription, which is a difficult task to get him in the car and into appointments. I was very impressed with his skills; knowledge; and gracious handling of my elderly dad. We will surely recommend this place to all our friends and family and the retirement home by dad lives in at The Firs. What a remarkable experience. Thank you for your kindness. Gary knows how to fix anything to do with eye glasses and unlike the big box stores - he understands that sometimes all that is needed is a little TLC repair to make it all good. I love this place. I went in to do a price survey so that I would know how much to spend. The Man there asked me to hand him my glasses so that he could effect repairs on them. They are perfect, better than new even. I didnt buy the frames there yet he did it for free. Ill be getting my next set of glasses there.

Walked in with a admittedly difficult frame to adjust (plastic frame that doesnt curve behind the ears and no nose-piece). Gary is an absolute master of his art. He adjusted the frame to fit my face better than any other place I have been (I had previously been to 4 different places). He also gave me further options for optimizing the fit (like installing nose pieces). I wish I had know about this place earlier for all of my eyeglass needs.

Went to get my glasses repaired and was given fantastic customer service. My glasses were fixed on site in moments as well as upgraded softer nose pieces, adjusted to perfection & clip ons for light sensitivity. Above & beyond the call of duty. I recommend this place & will be going back for all my eye care needs.

Fixed the unfixable glasses!Several other eye shops (including my own opthalmologist) tried to convince me that my favorite sunglasses were beyond saving. Disappointing, as they are barely 2 years old.After hearing recommendations from others, I decided to try Capital Eyes Optical in Lacey. There was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. My favorite sunglasses were repaired for less than the cost of a cheap, nonprescription pair (much appreciated, I am a college student with a tight pocketbook).When I get the funds, Capital Eyes offers the ability to use the cost of repair towards new lenses. It was a great experience with excellent service. The owner/opthalmologist is entertaining and pleasant to work with. Not only did he fix the glasses, but he also helped fit them to my face without extra charge. Now they wont fall off and I dont need to use a chain!At the end of each service, he always says If my work is good, tell your friends. If its bad, tell me. Well, here I am telling my friends. Thanks for the great work sir :)

Outstanding service! I sat on my glasses and whacked them way out of shape. I brought them in with a safety pin holding them together. In a matter of minutes he twisted them back in shape and installed new screws - better than new. Ill be back for new frames with my next prescription.
