From Channon to Dr. Whitney to Greg this Clinic has top notch staff. They make the process easy and I have a good time every time I go here. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Greg makes picking out glasses fun and easy. Explains everything in easy to understand terms. Channon made each test simple easy and small chit chat makes it go by so fast!. Dr. Whitney is very personable friendly and make you feel confident and comfortable in your eyesight. Keep up the awesome work!

It is better to find someone who cares, they dont care, no flexibility, I spend lots of money for my kids here and a bad lady Dr refused to see my child again after a brake, I hope that the owner of the clinic will not go bankrupt if he hires more people like this,, chasing customers awayyyyyyyy, I have spoke with the owner once and he seems to be a caring person, some employees arent that is sad

I had my annual eye checkup, and during the procedure they found a spot on my eye. Dr. Whitney scheduled a two month follow-up exam and the issue had not changed, so he recommended following up with my regular Doctor to have it checked out. I appreciate a Doctor who puts the needs of the patient as a priority, and explains his findings in clear detail. Olympia Vision Clinic has a great office staff, and Medical staff, they are very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Haws is wonderful! She is very thorough and really took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. She also sees my 5 year old who loves her. I would highly recommend her!

Curbside eyeglass pickup is a joke even in a pandemic at least have the decency to let paying customers sit down and try on there glasses. Also opticians are rough with your glasses, watch out for this place.

Fantastic ! Best vision clinic I’ve ever been too. Got answers to my dry eye issues that I’ve had for years. They made my contact lens fitting so easy and gave me samples to try before ordering. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Olympia Vision Clinic. My husband had a piece of metal in his eye and Dr. Haws was responding to my call at 11pm at night to help us. We went straight to the clinic in the AM and were seen immediately by Dr Kluny. He was very friendly and quick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service by Kate at the front too.

I was a new patient here and the entire staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor and assistant explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The staff also helped me pick out the frames I wanted from their wonderfully stylish selection. I recommended this place to my family.

Its not likely that I will be going back. Weve given them plenty of money over the years, but lately its not been great.Today it was a refusal to give us the PD value so we could buy elsewhere some glasses they dont offer (we already paid over $400 for a pair this year, so they already got paid for it). First it was that the measurements were out of date and we have to pay $45 to get new measurements done. Then when I took broken glasses in for warranty service, they said they didnt need new measurements for *those* glasses. What? Then they said they couldnt give it to me because of liability. But didnt they just say they would let me get it for $45? Yes, they did. Then they had to call someone in the other clinic. She came back in a huff and with great pains gave me the PD value I asked for. Was that so hard? Yes, apparently it is.Before that it was some lady rudely telling me they arent open yet. I got there clearly after the listed opening time on the door. I had waited there for quite a while. Apparently that was rude of me to expect them to be open when they say they are.The other day they were closed before their listed closing time. That was a real pain because my son broke a piece on his glasses right before the weekend.Except for one time I went in for my sons exam (probably because I was about to spend a ton of money) and one other time for a nose piece replacement, they consistently feel like Im somehow putting them out by being there. I had good luck with the Westside clinic, but not so much at this Lacey one.

I have been to a few other optometrist and I am terrified of the exams. When I had my first appointment, Abbey explained everything she was doing and was very patient with me she was fabulous . Then Doctor Clooney did his exam, again he explained everything and answered all of my questions he put me at ease. He took his time did not rush made sure I understood everything he was awesome! I will no longer dread my check ups. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I went to Olympia Vision Clinic in Lacey because I was on my last pair of contacts and the doctor I saw there pretty much forced me to get these contacts that blur my vision half the time and feel like rocks the other half. They also randomly fall out of my eyes at least once a day. I told her (the doctor) Ive had bad expetiences with trying different contacts but she refused to let me get the ones Ive worn for 20 years, saying they dont fit me well. I hate the ones I have now, but thanks to this place, Ive now used up my vision insurance and will have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to get the contacts Ive always worn. I tried to give them a chance.They offered to have a different doctor call me to help me find something else but I have not received a phone call, and its been weeks. Oh, and when I called them to get my prescription, they told me its only good for the contacts I have and nothing else. This was the worst eye doctor experience Ive ever had. Obviously I will never go back.

Dr Cluny and the whole office have always been great to me and my family, whether it was a simple exam, finding alternatives to glasses for my daughter, or seeing me on an emergency basis when not wearing eye wear when working with trees. The staff is kind and helpful.

The Olympia Vision Clinic is a gem. Their staff, technicians and doctor are attentive, courteous and kind every step of the way. I sought out assistance from both locations for glasses and appreciate their patience and fine customer service.

I have to give Olympia Vision Clinic in Lacey a 5 star rating for their aweome customer service! I was moving out state and I called to schecule an appointment and they got me in to see a doctor within a week. When I arrived I didnt gave to sit and wait; the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Warm, friendly and very competent Doctors, who will shoehorn you in between other appointments for emergencies. I highly recommend this clinic, and Im not easily impressed with medical services.

Doctor was was great! However the prices are high and they refused to give me my pupilary distance (which is needed to order online), did not call me back when they said they would, and the front staff tried to tell me that pupilary distance depended on the glasses I got. Overall, a bad experience. I would not recommend going here.
