Being from out of town and looking for help getting my mothers brakes adjusted on her walker, I brought it to Bellevue Healthcare in Lacey and Thomas Farmer (branch manager) promptly made them operational, explained how they worked and how they could be easily adjusted in the future if needed. I was so surprised and thankful he did so free of charge! Weve rented equipment and bought various supplies from this company back in 2011 and in 2015 when my wifes parents died, surrounded by family at home, so I knew they were a trustworthy provider and thats what led me there today. I highly recommend this company, this store and its competent and caring employees.

We purchased a lift recliner and a number of items from the Lacey branch. We received outstanding service both in the store and from the delivery team. When there were problems with the recliner Bellevue Healthcare went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for promptly and the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. They provided outstanding customer care, showed our family compassion, and owned resolving problems that weren’t necessarily their responsibility.

We have transferred care from a different oxygen supply and medical equipment company. They are so different. Night and day. They have been wonderful from the beginning. Josh is the respiratory therapist that we work with and we could not have asked for a more helpful person.

I lost my ability to walk at the beginning of this year, and my insurance made it more difficult to get a wheelchair than they should have. The manager and the employees here were extremely nice and helpful, they made sure I had what I needed and always made me feel cared for. Bellevue healthcare, and the manager Sam, have made one of my worst struggles in life much more bearable and I highly recommend going here for any medical supply needs!!!

My wife has had a CPAP machine for over a year paid through our health insurance Anthem and Tri-Care. We have not received a bill for Bellevue Healthcare before. In we received a bill in October for $15.70 and another one in November for $6.54. Invoices did not explain anything. I called six times leaving messages with Bellevue HealthCare billing section. To this day nobody has responded. Went to their store in Lacey where Sam was trying to help, but I could not get a good explanation from him why as being billed and what they were for (knowing that this is not his job) Sam was very patient with me. He suggested that I should get into my Tri-care and Anthem account.I assume these are recent billings were for service on September 11, 2020. I was wrong the $6.54 is from a billing in February 2020 and $15.70 was from May. I dont believe this is from Covid-19 because my wife order CPAP equipment during this time and received it.The last billing for service on September 11, 2020 went as follows with Anthem they were billed $202.61, allowed by plan $148.21, paid their part, the remainder was $44.46. Then Bellevue healthcare then billed Tri-care $190 amount Tri-care paid $31.85. My wife gave Tri-care permission to go over her billing statements. I went over the information from with Tri-care customer service. She informed me and I verified it through Anthem that if a primary insurance is bill $202.16 the secondary insurance company should be billed the same amount of money with the information with the allowed by the plan and how much they pay. With this information being different the secondary insurance, calculated the wrong amount to pay. They need the full picture so they can coordinate payment. She also stated from a quick calculation from what I explained to her that they would a covered the $44.46.Now looking At all the claims submitted to Anthem, the all looks correct and processed in a timely manner. Looking at Tri-care all of the amounts billed are different than What Was Billed to Anthem. Duplicate claims have been submitted to tri-care for the same service. With different amounts of billing from each other. This puts an undue stress on me. I trusted a company to bill in a timely manner to process the claims quickly, to return my calls when I have problems with the billing. If they cannot talk to me because the account under my wifes name they should at least let me know and what I could do to get her permission to see the accounts. But no. I dont know whats wrong with this company. But I do not trust them. Looking at their sloppy processing going to Tri-care is causing delays in payments from us to them. Then when we get a payment we dont know what its for. If they dont want to deal with Tri-care or they dont want to support veterans and their families they should let us know up front. And if they dont understand submitting wrong information for claim cost them money because of the repeat work. Also if they do not receive the propers amount from the insurance companies theyre going to bill me to take it out my pocket. You would think they want to fix this.

Sequim branch, nobody is on the same page. Was always being told wrong info, made to wait, while each employee thought someone ELSE was working to assist me! Waiting around FOREVER for nothing! I left them and do not advise anyone to shop there. Im being told now, by Ben, that they no longer accept Medicare. Told Ben I wanted to talk with the manager. Ben said he was at lunch. I asked Ben to have the manager call me when he returns from his lunch break. I called back a few days later, spoke to Ben again, he said manager wasnt in, that he would relay my message. That was months ago, I never got a call from the manager because Ben never told him to call me. And they do take Medicare, Ben lied because they dont want me back as a customer. I will never go back to that branch again! Lies and Misinformation AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

I have worked in long term care for about 5 years as a Social Worker/ Discharge Planner. An important part of my job is ordering durable medical equipment. I depend on companies such as Bellevue for educating me on Medicare and other insurance guidelines related to equipment. It is vital for a safe discharge plan that my residents have what they need for safe mobility etc. It is also important that insurance cover that item. Bellevue is ahead of the game so to speak when it comes to this process and service. Not only do they know exactly what Medicare needs, they ensure the customer gets exactly what they need. They take time to educate me on proper documentation. Many other companies are quick to fill an order, however down the road when they get audited many customers in the community are having their equipment removed. I appreciate the effort Bellevue makes to ensure this doesnt happen to my residents. I further appreciate the extra mile they go to deliver a last minute order. Dave Brandt and Jon Murray are vital to my success as a Social Worker. Thank you for making my job easier and efficient.

Tremendously helpful service during a difficult time for our family. KC was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he educated us on how to use the equipment he delivered. He was charming and definitely made my grandmother feel at ease with his presence, and the fact that he can understand and speak Korean was a bonus. He went above and beyond to help move a few things in the room to install the equipment that Grandma needed. I recommend this companys services and its helpful staff to anyone.

Poor customer service and added delivery fees. You will be asked to pick up your durable goods. Vp of internal operations Josh and customer service representative Aundrea advised me they do not honor Tricare rules regarding reimbursement and determine delivery based on the cost of what your provider referral is for, so if less that 99 dollars, you are out of luck. I will be advising my referral department against referrals to this company. Too many reputable companies offering good customer service to let them get our insurance dollars

This place is an absolute joke. If you have health insurance then go see a different company. They wanted a credit card on file even with it being 100% covered by insurance. When I stopped by to get my paperwork to take to another company they wouldn’t give me the approval from the insurance company. Kayla, ran out and told me it was theirs, not mine. Really? My health insurance not theirs. I asked to speak with the manager and she said it would be a bit. What she didn’t know is I could see him outside BSing with someone and she didn’t even tell him that I wanted to speak with him.Again, run don’t walk to take your business elsewhere. I will also being filing a complaint with Tricare in reference to their shady business practices. Geneva Healthcare or Lincare should be your first stop.
