This is a horrible company. The Lacey office is separate from the office that deals with supplies and they dont communicate with each other! The Lacey office deactivated my account without telling me, so I could no longer get supplies. Then they said I was non-compliant, which was a lie. I have used my sleep machine every night for 9 years but they said they have no data. They simply screwed up, and they blamed me! They told me to go elsewhere for supplies, which I will gladly do, but they were insulting and disrespectful as well as incompetent. This was not the first episode of lousy care I received from them, but its the last one. I am going to file a complaint with Medicare. Please, dont use them!!

They seriously fail at communicating and, after losing my prescription and then making a ton of excuses when I called them to check on the status of my equipment (because they did not call me once after that first call), they still haven’t gotten it to me after a couple months. I finally had to go elsewhere. Seriously horrible company based off my experience. Would not recommend.

I would recommend a DIFFERENT cpap supply company. You willl sit on hold forever and be sent around and around. First person I said I didn’t want to place the order until I spoke with somer in billin so I would know my cost after insurance as I am on a fixed income. After calling back the phone after pressing 5 for billing sent me back to ordering. Tried again got a hold of someone in billing, she was helpful, but told me the first person already placed my order, for more the we even talked about. She could help fix this so had to call again! The gal I spoke with, hopefully, got it straightened out!! Forgot to ask about cost of a cleaning devise so attempted to contact billing again Togo in circles to ordering! I am changing to a local cpap supplier, he will respect me and my time as a customer.

Not to sound like a complete “Karen”, but this is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with in my entire life, if I could give a zero star rating I would. It’s been three and a half weeks of me trying to get my APAP machine. I can’t even count how many phone calls I’ve had to make. They obviously don’t take healthcare seriously. I’m probably going to die in my sleep before I get my machine. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your medical supplies if you need them in a timely manner. This is ridiculous.

I used this office for years and have had nothing but great service. I even had an employee meet me after work on her own time to swap out masks for me because I chose the wrong size. Just recently Ashley has worked really hard trying to straighten out an issue with my Doctor. Great customer service!

Choose a different provider for your C-PAP setup; my experience with this company has not been good. The employees are nice, but the end result of doing business there isnt.

How about teaching the the drivers to not drive like aholes? Northbound 101 and I5. They cut me off, were speeding and tailgating people in front of me. Didnt have my dash cam on but I wish I did. Lic plate starts with C3...couldnt get a pic they were driving so fast. Stupid thing to do but even dumber in a company vehicle.

My husband has been dealing with Lincare Olympia for 11 months. We have had repeated issues. The one that has sent us to another provider, he called for cannulas to be sent out to him. When they came the following day, they were not the style that 1) he has ALWAYS used, 2) are listed on his record. He called and spoke to Ashley who stated, he did not tell her the style he needed. He asked if she did not have his record she stated Yes, but it is easier if you tell us. We know, from dealing with an out of town office, when you call or go in, they retrieve your record on the computer and can see exactly what you are using. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE many times throughout our 11 months from the Olympia office.

I dont have words to describe my experience with this company except seething venom. Working with this place is utterly exhausting. Ive been dealing with them (both Lacey and Auburn/Seattle) for over two months trying to get supplies. Ive called daily trying to get supplies I need. Ive sent in orders multiple times even involving doctors, nurses and case managers; clarifying specifications on order details. If there was an alternative supply center that could provide what I need and take the insurance I have I would go there. I question how they stay in business and why families continue to get referred to them. I discourage any customer from working with this place if you can help it.

Lincares supply company sent the wrong tubing for my machine. Had a choice to either wait for another one to be delivered or go into my local Lincare office and see if they would switch it out. At this time I am desperate for new tubing b/c mine has a leak and I didnt want to wait, God knows how long, for one to be delivered. So I went into the local office and explained my situation. The person I spoke with NEVER looked at any of my doctor paperwork, machine invoices, etc. He then convinced me that it was in fact the right tubing. So o I leave and get it home and it doesnt even come close to fitting my machine. So I now have to make another trip to them. This is a pain and so inconvenient!!!!!! No communication and poor attention to detail on the suppliers part.

Terrible supplier. Took two months to process an order after they received it, manager has no idea how to run a lemonade stand, much less a medically necessary business. Manager also verbally complains about neighboring businesses, but those businesses have never disappointed me. Lincare does it on a weekly basis.Now they send me weekly bills because they never update my records, and so they bill the wrong insurance company.

Poor customer service. No calls returned. Excuses why breathing machine has not been ordered. Now waiting 6 weeks. Cancelling order and going to another company. Think twice about using this company.

Seems Lincare may be a franchise operation. They also need to improve their coordination of delivery/contact. The hospital insisted they were delivering the nebulizer that night. So my mom waited and waited. No one came. My mom called right after hospital release, and she was told by staff they had to wait until the next day, that they were closed, but this was early afternoon. She told me about this late afternoon, early evening so I calledand I got after-hours answering service.I was called back immediately, but after trying to get a hold of their delivery person, the gentleman who called me, wasnt able to get a delivery for that same night. I think they could have, but they didnt. He said the delivery person said he had called prior to deliver but with no answer. There was no vm from them, and my mom was never told that when she called. When you have a sick person that is waiting for a delivery, why do you call? You show up.They promised to come the next morning between 9:30-10. As they promised, the next morning, 15 to 9 I got a call that they were on their way. I give them a 4 star because there is someone after-hours and they responded as soon as they could. Had my mom had a problem and had to go have gone back to the hospital, the review would have been bad. But she was lucky that she didnt and they came just in time as her chest was closing up again. The delivery was friendly, they worked with my mom on the equipment, and the gentleman even called me to confirm my mom was set up. My mom liked them enough and she is happy they have other work, such as the CPap service, and may try them for that as they do homedelivery. I hope they get the communication delivery worked out. It seems they are kind, and caring, but have some kinks, and I dont know if that is the delivery person, the answering service, or the franchise resources.

I Visited Linares store several times in Lacey 426 Carpenter Rd. To purchase cpap supplies and or have this equipment run through my insurance, even had my Doctor fill out proper paperwork as per Lincare request which resulted in no call back from Lincare as to the supplies requested. The customer service at this office in Lacey really sucks, as you walk in the door they look at you like you are bothering them.

I went to LINCARE store at 426 Carpenter Rd in Lacey WA. To get a nebulizer machine and medication treatment. That was on Thursday morning right after my DR. appt. I took the paperwork to the office, gave it to a worker there. The worker informs me he needed more paperwork from the Dr. and that he would call me when he got a hold of the paperwork from the Dr. As it was very important I get the machine and treatments that day I called back 20 min till closing, that was 7 hours later. They informed me they didnt get anything from the Dr. Office. At that point the Dr. Office was closed. I was forced to go back to ER to get another breathing treatment. The next day at 7 am the Nurse called me and wanted to know why I had to go in explained that LINCARE said they never got the paperwork, so she faxed it over again I waited 5 hours. I called LINCARE they have terrible customer service telling me that they are sitting right in front of the fax machine and hung up on me. I once again called the Dr. Office. They said they would fax it again. I gave LINCARE another call around three o clock. The customer service from both the girl and guy in there are below par. There was still nothing from my Doctor. I called the dr. The nurse called them right away and stayed on the phone with them until they said they received the fax. The workers insured my Dr. Office yes they had the medication and the machine and would get it to me that day.The only reason we went with LINCARE instead of the one of the other three companies in the Lacey/ Olympia area is because they could get the machine and treatment medication to me the same day. They finally called me back at 4:30 p.m. and told me I could come pick it up. When I got there they were going to give me this little handle held battery one that the Dr. told me not to get. She wanted me to have a plug in one. They said oh ok and gave me a pediatric nebulizer machine. And the gal in there tried to show me how to put it together but never figured it out. Then didnt give me all the tubing she was giving me because she touches it. I will have to check my insurance to see if I was charged for it. I was told to sign all these forms saying they went over everything with me when I was the one that told them how to clean it.To top it all off they said we dont have the medication after they told my Dr Office they did and that they had to overnight the medication. Yes overnight on a Friday to get it on Saturday. So Friday I had to go get another treatment in ER. Saturday came no shipment yet or Sunday now on Monday maybe I will get it. It would have been cheaper to outright buy a machine for 40.00 then rent for 13 months they buy pay 90.00 more to buy it out right. The workers at the location do not understand medical needs. Plus LINCARE is on an average is 20 to 25 percent higher cost then the other store in town.

Supplies sent from Florida. I have never received my supplies in time and they have lied to me repeatedly about shipping information. The supplied they send are often wrong, and finally the horrible wait time of 45 minutes to try to straighten any shipments or wrong supplies every time. I hate Lincare.

This is the worst medical supply co.that I and my wife have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The staff are RUDE and act like their doing you a favor to help you. I could go on and on but other people have covered a lot of what I would say.
