I was served with compassion and care when I really needed it. My daughter had a horrible accident and needed some home care equipment. They walked the store with me and brought to my attention various supplies I had no idea existed. made caring for her so much easier and I appreciated their efforts and time.
Already heard negative reviews about this company. Tried them anyway, walked in barely got to the counter employee ask if they could help (which was nice to have quick service). I tell them what i needed, they asked if I will be private pay, I said no I have private insurance, who lists them as a preferred provider, the employee tells me it is not within their scope to bill insurance so i would have to private pay and a rental would 88.00 a month 😑 first of all i can buy the item online and keep it for less. Really! Now to contact my insurance company to have this company removed as a preferred provider. SMH
Wish I could give them a zero. Went in and asked for several products the lady pointed them out to me and i showed them the script for them and the lady laughed in my face and said that none of those things are covered by prescription. She just laughed. I walked out of there with tears in my eyes. I just wanted some help. I didnt know. I will never go back there, nor would I recommend it to others. My god...have some compassion for someone who is obviously stuggling.
Michelle was AMAZING! first time going through the process of getting supplies like this and she walked me through everything, was extremely patient and helpful. If there is anything you ever need help with Michelle is your go to!
Went to buy some arm crutches, didnt work out! I dont wear a mask for anyone, if i have to i wont shop there! The lady who helped me, kisses hitlers every wish! No one thinks on their own anymore! If you want a government to think for you and tell you what to do, Venezuela is the place for you! To the lady that helped me, you should keep your mask on, covid affects obesity 78%.
Terrible billing practices. Unknown charges not billed for years only to receive a collection letter. Account resolved, I thought. Surprise! Just received another collection letter after a year in a half. Of course they have no record of what was negotiated. Bad bad company.
How long does it take to get one quad cane for a family member released from the hospital after a stroke? Apparently, over 3 weeks for these people, and they still dont have it. Each time I called or dropped by, the person I needed to talk to was out or helping another customer. By the time they finally, got around to filling the prescription, it was after the new year. So, what our insurance would have paid in full when we dropped the prescription off, was now our responsibility. So, in the month these people have had our prescription, we were able to purchase one cane from Amazon and obtain another from a medical bank. Dont waste your time, go elsewhere!

Need to make your return policy more visible and a heck of a lot more specific. I get some things cant be returned but dont hide it. Make it more visible so people can be more cautious of what they purchase and you keep business. This type of slimey tactic will lose my business. Oh and should have purchased online $40 cheaper and 30 day return policy.
I cannot say enough about the amazing job MyMedSupplies has done during the Covid-19 crisis.They have gone above and beyond to source out much needed supplies to the public and our healthcare community. Highly recommend and grateful they are in our community.
I personally didnt like the way my client was treated. Now me with the little bit of construction experience Ive used in my kitchen when it comes to measuring (and that is required) your suppose to measure twice cut once. If you guesstimate your kitchen looks wonky. Any way my point is we decided to take the time out of our busy 4 hour day just to go down the street to find a chair that was suitable for my client and her homestead. In conclusion there were no measurements taken only past history. We were given a wheel chair that was not suitable for the homestead. And was very discourage about the input and advice I was given. I was told no matter where we went they were going to give her the same size chair with her prescription. (Which was a false accusation) we found a chair that was suitable to her for comfort and her homestead.In conclusion the only time I will be walking in your store is to either purchase biofreeze, hand sanitizer,and or gloves (that is if Im in the area) thank you and have a nice day. Been trying to contact all day. To messages stating that they are closed. Today is Wednesday. Their hours our 9-5 Monday through Friday and limited hours on Saturday.
Most worst place to get your prescription filled. Dropped the prescription on Wednesday and it’s Tuesday today and in 6 days still the two wheeled walker is still not ready to be picked up. For simple question the associates run to supervisors and they take for ever.
Absolutely horrible. Same as all the reviews below. Wasted time with a prescription, told by one person it needed the date it was written not the date of surgery, different excuses by others. All to find out they didn’t have the item after days of exhausting them get it.GO ELSE WHERE STRONGLY RECOMMEND GO ELSEWHERE.
Terrible followup on prescription. This is a reactive place nothing to do with proactive. Dropped off a prescription for some medical supplies and after 10 days the staff have done nothing. I will never use this place again unless I want no service.
They never called me to tell me there was a problem with the paperwork for my wheelchair. I found out after almost a month of waiting when I called them. They never returned promised phone calls. They never called my dr like they said they would. I had to call my dr to get them to resend everything. Its been over a month, I still dont have a wheelchair and it might be 2 more weeks until I get it. Assuming they remember to call me when my insurance approves the damn chair.
EXCELLENT pharmacy! The compliance packaging they offer FREE OF CHARGE makes taking your medications SO much easier! I LOVE this place!

What a rip off, no customer service. My Dr prescribed a knee walker. Got it in April 2017, had it all summer Dr prescribed use permanently.. I heard nothing. I went in and spoke to customer service in December. Was told I was paid off. then yesterday a bill for $60. I went into ask the SAME agent who said I was clear., 0 balance. Now I owe $98.29 because they are no longer qualified with Regence and I have to pay out of area service charges. My insurance company says that is fraud. Go ANYWHERE else. I will never go there again even tho I have serious health issues. No wonder they have 1 star rating, they are negative star. Buy what you need on Amazon and file with insurance for reimbursement. I wouldnt give this shady place a dime.
Worst customer service I have received in awhile. Waited over an hour after setting up everything the day prior to picking up my equipment. Then while at the technicians desk she is making personal texts..... Then equipment brakes not working correctly on my equipment. Think I might have to go purchase equipment rather than use what was supplied to me.
Always friendly personnel, usually find item that I need in stock. Pleasant atmosphere

Was horrible. Waited a month for a walker. Took my presciption elsewhere and got it in less than 30 mins
Took my script in for a knee scooter and was told my insurance wouldnt cover it, ok no problem because they would pay for crutches. My doctor faxed over the script for crutches. So a week goes by and I call Im put thru to a message system, never got a call back. Another couple days go by I call again I am then left on hold very a long time then I was put thru to the same message, again no call back. After several attempts to do bussiness with them and getting nowhere fast and my surgery in 4 days 2 of those being weekends. I had to make other arrangments. If this is how you plan to do bussiness Im sure I wont be alone when I say I wont be back!!!!

Service was not what they said on the phone. Quoted price for rental and told price was double when I got there.
They dont always get to the phone on time but they are friendly and have a good supply of equipment at reasonable rates.
