One of they employees,supposed to come fix my mother dryer,he went upstairs and took 10 dollars and a pack of swisher from my dresser,and he was supposed to come back and bring another dryer,until that one get fix,he never came back because he know what he did,smh a pack of swisher is a dollar,ig affordable not paying them enough

This establishment is a joke, from unprofessional to very dishonest. The management here is highly uneducated and have no management or customer service skills. They treat and talk to you like trash! There out to price gouge you in any way they can. This place is as sad as it gets! So apparently I should have read the reviews before going in. I received a card for $100 off my rental, went in picked out a nice TV to replace the smaller one at home. Everything was good and then they send out a woman to tell me theyd honor the card but only on my last payment! That is not what the card stated. Thats called bait & switch and its ILLEGAL! I was happy to tell the lady Id take my business else where. Ill be calling to complain as well. I wouldnt recommend business here.

Great quality but when they say 90 days same as cash it should be 90 days same as cash. We put 1000 down. Owing about $400, You would think 400 could be paid at the least split into 3 payments, but you cant. Its very misleading.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My husband and I went into there store this past Saturday was n there for about 30 minutes looking around and no one asked if we needed help until we where walkin out . Then today i went in did not get asked if i needed help until the other customers had left, with a few employees tht from wht i could see they werent helping anyone. I was interested in a set tht was on the site, and also asked about why was the price different on the site and the kiosk, & was told if anything had to be a special order they could change the price. They are extremely unprofessional in the location. So i called and made a complaint at the corporate office. Well the manager not sure if it was the zone manager which is Jake r the regional manager calls be back basically telling me im lying about not being helped, i was supposedly asked if i needee help with in 3 minutes of being there when i wasnt, n was told it was on camera. If it was supposedly on camera then the manager would have seen me wait n line for a few minutes, then went to the kiosk then went look around n the back then came back to the front then i was asked if i needed help . Not any tine before tht . So for this so called manager to call me n argue on the phone with me was extremely uncalled for . I want to speak to the regional manger and if not him then i want to speak to the owner . If i cant get to hin then i will go to your corporate office on pinhook here n Lafayette until i speak to someone .

Dont do business with rent to own stores as for as monthly payments. If an item is for sale ie a lamp or table etc. At a reasonable price, I will purchase the item, for cash, but its very rare.
