It is a shame that a company that one has dealt with for over a year can not give an extension. Seems they do not care that they will lose business to Aarons.

Terrible service. Due to a mixup on their end, they came in and removed the furniture we rented early. They came while I was not there and threw all my personal belongings all over my apartment. Completely trashed my apartment making numerous scuff marks on the door and wall getting the furniture out. After correcting the issue, they returned the furniture once again when I was not home. They proceeded to place the furniture on top of all my personal belongings, and added more scuff marks to the wall. After they had done these two events, I have been missing several small viable items including a lock box with Social Security card in it. Will never use this company again.

Completely unprofessional. Destroyed my couch AND my apartment when making delivery. Now I cant get my deposit back. They promised a new couch and after a month of hate adding them they say they finally have it. Another month passed with no call no show for delivery. So I demanded they pick it up. After 2 weeks they finally pick the couch up and say they will apply what payment I did make towards the tv I was still renting, which should have covered 2 payments. I was harassed for non payment for a whole month due to lack of communication between corporate and employees, as well as inability to perform the simple functions required of ones job... I finally had them come get the tv because I refuse to give my business to such unprofessional people. If I am going to pay double the worth of a product I expect that I be treated with the common courtesy of a loyal customer... this place is horrible and I recommend that NOBODY put themselves through the inconvienience of dealing with them!!!
