They arrived a little earlier then I thought they would. The guys were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and did a great job a replacing my windshield. Their instructions regarding when to remove the tape were clear. The part wasnt as high priced as some other companies. I will definitely call again if I need another windshield

I made an appointment for 2 days in future. They called the day before while I was at work. I did not answer my phone so they cancelled my appointment without telling me. I waited 2 hours for them to show up. I set up a work area, etc. When I called to see if they were going to show, they told me they cancelled the appointment. They should have called after 3 pm when most people can answer the phone.

Landrover windshield needed replacement and they broke the side panels in which they said I needed to order and pay for them myself for them to replace. Thats after charging me over $800. I used them cause they said they knew what they were doing and they could get to my vehicle sooner then most after the hurricane laura.T
