Excellent!. Everyone from the office to the techs on the job were excellent. We had 18 double pane windows and a door replaced in a day. Everyone knew their job and the results were excellent and painless. Great price and lifetime warranty.

After contacting this company in May and putting half a deposit I was told it would take 10-14 days to receive my window and then we will schedule. They took my money on May 7 and had every excuse until August 1 when the window miraculously came in! I went all summer without a double pane and of course my electricity went up! Finally on Aug 6th after getting angry they came and installed window- did not clean up broken glass- and now are telling me they will deduct $30.00 off and expect payment today as they will hand deliver an invoice. Why didnt I get an invoice when they installed? Very fishy and totally not professional- I will NEVER use again and do not recommend to ANYONE!
