Ronnie was so polite on the phone and very understanding that I had an important meeting so I couldn’t come outside to greet him. They were able to work me in earlier then scheduled for diagnostic on my car and had my car fixed to include additional repairs discovered when doing the initial repairs the very next day and all before 2pm and even saved me money on parts. Fast and excellant service.

We were in a tough spot. My daughter is a student at Purdue and is also in the Air Force National Guard. She needs her car to drive between West Lafayette and Fort Wayne once a month. I drove her car on a Sunday and discovered a loud noise and vibration coming from the front. She was going to need the car on Friday to drive to Fort Wayne and report to duty. I contacted a friend from the Lafayette area and he referred me to Prime. Chad at prime assured me that they would take care of us in time for her to get the car and make it to Fort Wayne on Friday afternoon. Chad did exactly that. When the car needed additional parts beyond what was originally believed, he contacted me and came up with the way to minimize cost. The guys did an awesome job and took very good care of us considering we were a first-time customer and not even from the area. While my daughter is in school at Purdue we will consistently use these folks to help her with her car. We thank them very much.

They did a great job! We had our windshield replaced a couple of years ago and later it started leaking. We took it to Prime Auto Care & Glass and they were able to take the windshield off and put it back on again so that I didnt have to get a new windshield!

Had to have my car towed because my alternator died (RIP, lol). Tow truck driver raved about how great the guys are at Prime, which made me feel very confident. It didn’t take too long after they received it for Chad to give me a call to discuss what they had found. Sure enough, needed a new alternator and a battery as well. He did his best to find me the least expensive solution while getting quality parts, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. Throughout the whole process he communicated with me in a very friendly manner. My baby runs like a dream now and I will continue to bring it to Prime as she ages and needs more love! Highly recommend!
