Great service and honest business. I have a 2015 Ford F-250 that had the death wobble. After 2 other shops replaced parts and advised me to replace my tires, Delta told me they had experience in fixing the death wobble and delivered on their promise while honoring their price quote. My tires were fine but the front end needed an over haul. Truck drives great now!Thanks!!!

These guys rescued us from a terrible situation. Our new baby, my wife and I were returning home to texas on our first road trip and had a blowout on I-10. I called 20 different places looking for a replacement tire (including Delta) but no one had one in stock (rare size). It was looking like we were going to have to get a hotel for the night just to wait on a tire and wed both miss a day of work. Sterling from Delta called me back and said he had found a used tire in his warehouse that would fit and we could have it. We limped into Delta Tire on our spare, and it turned out the used one was no good, at which point he just gave me a new tire that wasnt the size I requested but would fit the rim and get us home. The tech that did the install also unloaded our packed-to-the-gills SUV and reloaded it to put the spare away. I tried to pay and Sterling wouldnt take my money so I just tipped the tech generously. I wish I could have paid for a steak dinner for everyone there. I have never had such good treatment and generosity across the board from the manager to the workers. Id give 10 stars if I could.

The staff at Delta World Tire have hearts of gold. I will recommend them to anyone for how they saw an opportunity and jumped to help others out. A lady had been stranded with two blowouts and when they saw what was going on without asking they went the extra mile to help be a light in her life and turn her day positive. I needed a CV joint assembly replaced, which a mechanic friend was going to do since another business nearby quoted me over $600. After getting Delta World Tire’s quote, I couldn’t justify letting my mechanic friend do it for just $80 less. I dropped my car at 7:30 am and got it back at 9:30 am. No hidden fees or additional services needed. They were fair and honest, efficient and quick! Thank you Delta World Tire from the bottom of my heart!

Had to get work done on my oil system.A few months later I have to get work done again. I bring it to another shop and they find that the oil pressure sensor was only threaded on three threads worth.I will not be using delta world and will be encouraging my family to stop as well. This could have caused serious issues and in fact may very well be responsible for the additional money I’m having to spend now to fix it. Extremely dissatisfied.

Today I had a set of Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx 315/70-17 tires installed as well as an alignment done on my Jeep.First off, these tires are awesome and I like them better than the Goodyear Duratracs they replaced.As for as Delta World Tire on Kaliste Saloom, they are simply the best tire shop I have ever dealt with period. They are courteous, professional, and treat people with respect. They had to order my tires but it only took a couple of days for them to come in. Even though I dropped my Jeep off instead of waiting, they still got me taken care of quickly. They did a good job on the alignment as well as the balancing.In a world that has gone insane and you are supposed to lower your expectations, this place stands out with the kind of old fashioned customer service reminiscent of yesteryear.

I have been a Customer for 3 or more years. Some the Best Prices on Tires and Goods. Automotive Service A/C Compressors or Routine Maintenance also Excellent and Competitive. I have a 1985 Classic Car which does not have all the on board diagnostics and the depth of knowledge surpasses 99% of most Service Shops . I think what impresses me most is the attitude which they provide the Service--it is a Great Atmosphere. They stand behind their Service--my A/C was defective and they replaced it twice under the Life Time Warranty but also their was no labor cost involved. All in All Delta World Tire has earned my loyalty. In the End I am impressed and will continue to do Service Delta World Tire.

I walked in and was greeted. Young man with bandage on his right hand started helping me order a tire. Then someone walked in and he asked me if he could help him. I said OK. He came back to me. Then 2 more people walked in and do you mind if I help them. I said what about me. He just looked at me, so I left. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SERVICE IT AIN’T HERE!!

Customer service is second to none!! I had low tire pressure from the cold weather last week and was just needing air. I noticed how busy they were and as I’m leaving a younger man at the front desk gets my attention and he asked me “how can I help you sir”. After explaining that I was going to go somewhere else to get air he insisted that he could work me in even at a busy time. After he asked me to pull my car on the side of the shop the young man filled my tires himself and as I go to tip him $5 for the amazing service and help he did for me, he would not take the money! He told me “It is my job, this is what we do at delta, help our customers out”I will forsure start doing my buisness here from now on!

The best tire and auto repair in Lafayette La. The staff is first class. They make sure to take care of your needs. They follow up on any issues that were with your vehicles.

Brought my sports car here after getting a new bumper and paint. They drove my car up on a curb and scratched the bottom of the front bumper. Needed rear tires balanced and rotated and alignment. They aligned my car wrong and it was pulling to the right. Brought it back and one of the front desk reps immediately told me There is nothing we can do about it, thats torque steer. The guy had no clue what car I was driving or even how much hp my car was making. I corrected his stupid statement by informing him that a RWD car doesnt have torque steer. Still after keeping my car overnight they still could not get my alignment correct. Come to find out they mounted one of my tires backwards. I had them fix it yet again and requested a print out of the alignment specs to compare and a second opinion. Rep wanted to charge me for a FULL ALIGNMENT just to get the print out. Finally after arguing with my 3rd time being in the shop I get a print out. I then take it to another shop to compare and come to find out the alignment specs were false. They doctored up a alignment printout just to get me out of the shop. I will NEVER do business with them. BEWARE!

I always receive great service at Delta World Tire on Kaliste Saloom! The staff is friendly, the coffee is fresh, and they have great cookies they serve to their customers! Last but not least they always provide quality maintenance on my car from oil changes to replacing the alternator. I highly recommend them!

I had a BF Goodrich tire warranty issue so I called BFG and was told to bring my car to Delta on Kaliste Saloon to have my tires inspected even though I told them that is not where I purchased them. I showed up and was greated by Mr Sterling and he processed my warranty claim without hesitation. Within a week he had a brand new set of BFGs mounted and balanced on my car. I was stuck in a truck stop when my dually tires started to separate from the tire. I called Bob Cormier and he got the required tires. I then call auto club to tow me and they said, they couldnt tow a motor home from the rear. I explained my problem to Bob and he arranged for someone to come out install them for me. What a wonderful man he is. We are now on our way back home to Arizona.

I have used Chabills and Rossi. While I do not enjoy dealing with repair shops at least Delta World Tire does not blatantly rip anyone off, they do work first come, first serve, so the turn around time is usually pretty quick. Their prices are in line with everyone else, except they do not try to tack on silly 3-4% supply fees and extra junk like wiper blades without telling you (I HATE THAT!)I got a set of tires for 480 mounted and balanced for my 2004 Honda accord, which was the best deal in town. Have been a repeat customer since getting scammed by other places in Lafayette!Mr. Hebert that runs the shop in the back, really really knows his stuff! I would trust him with my vehicles any time (as well as my grandmother did for over 20 years)
