I went to the Auto Zone on Pinhook and needed a new battery. Breezy was the salesperson — she was very professional and did a great job replacing my battery and cleaning the cables. I was very impressed!! Great job Breezy!!!

My review is about the AutoZone on Pinhook. I highly recommend this AutoZone. Great service and customer care. My check engine light came on and the first thing I thought was check the gas tank cap. I checked and found that it was not a tight fit. I drove to AutoZone to buy a new one. Mr. Mike brought one out for me. I also asked them if they had a seat belt cutter because it was on my list of things to buy. Mr. Q showed me a seat belt cutter that also had a flashlight and a window glass breaker. I got so much more than I expected! The people in this store are kind, professional, courteous, patient, and quite knowledgeable. They treated each customer as if they were extremely important. They knew there customers and their customers knew them. Back to Mr. Mike - not only did he sell me the gas cap cover, but he also said let me come out and check to make sure that it is actually the cap cover and not something else. He plugged the machine in to a part of the car that I did not know the car had. Me. Mike went back into the store and checked the numbers. The checker confirmed that it was the gas cap cover. I would recommend this store and these people to anyone who needed car help. They are some of the best and I am thankful for them.

I went to pick up a few things but didnt realize how late it was getting. Even after closing time, the staff was still helping me and several other customers without trying to rush us out the door. Thats rare these days. Kudos to all of the hard working staff at this Pinhook Road AutoZone. I highly recommend it!

Do yourself a favor and buy from a competitor. I purchased some wheel bearings that were apparently returned wrong, which caused damage to my vehicle (Slightly over $1200). I asked them to pay for half since, I felt guilty for not recognizing the wrong parts; they felt no obligation and said it was my fault for not knowing, not theirs for not checking, and only wanted to pay 300 dollars which barely covered the wrong parts. Oh, and they said the car should’ve never been able to work with the wrong parts and, this was their whole basis of their argument. But I have timestamped video footage from my cameras showing myself in the car driving away that will be used litigation shortly.

Breezy turned what was an absolute disaster into an actual enjoyable experience. Thanks speaking volumes considering I had to jump my car to even get to the store and just wanted to check my battery. Turned out my alternator was bad and thats when she kicked her customer service level into overdrive.She did her absolute best to help me get the lender tools I needed and double checked I had the right replacement part and checked up on me just the right amount of times which made me feel like she was genuinely looking out for me and the issues I was going through. Breezy really set the bar through the roof. Something else to note is her personality and professionalism must be rubbing off on her teammates because when she asked for help, her team looked very willing to back her up and keep up that same energy. Im am just overtaken at how well things went at this autozone.

Started out on the wrong foot when the employee stated he is not allowed to enter the vehicle due to new policy. I was ok with that, so he lent me the ODB scanner and I proceeded to get the diagnosis for the check engine light, no power to the ODB, employee stated it is a bad fuse to the cigar lighter. Luckily my 95 year old (and still driving to work and everywhere else like a champ) Grand Uncle still had the owners manual in the glovebox, locate fuse, then I take inside for purchase and I grab the wrong fuse, again thank you to a different employee who looked, found the correct fuse for me (thank you) but then stated they were out of stock of it. However, he was able to provide a different solution. Cool. ODB scanner now worked, got error code to first employee, who plugged it up and found problem. Purchase spark plug coil, etc under 35 bucks and car runs great! THANKS GUYS. Based on that experience im coming back to get 8 spark plugs and anything else you guys might think Ill need to perform an self mechanic it shade tree mechanic engine tune up...

Can’t even begin to explain how much the manager at this store helped us! Went to 5 different places for a power steering hose/pump that will work for our boat and no one was willing to give us much help, but Mr. Hai Kieu took his time and helped us from start to finish on our project, and went above and beyond to make sure we were out on the water by the next day! Never received customer service this great before in my life! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Outstanding service after the sale!! My headlight bought in July worked only intermittently. The manager predicted that it was a bad build. Even though they technically don’t warranty bulbs, he changed it for me... all at no cost! It feels like an old-fashioned parts store, not corporate America.

Terrible start to my day - check engine light was on. Dealt with an early appt at work and then off to AutoZone - at the closest location the guy said his machine had been broken for months (??) so I went to the Pinhook location. There an employee ran the code (misfire) and store manager Hai Kieu took over. I could not have asked more from a professional mechanic. Hai got the two possible parts (plug and coil), removed the old and alternated the new parts until we determined it was just a spark plug. Completely professional and very knowledgeable. I have had varying experiences at AutoZone stores but always top notch at the Pinhook location.

Clean location. Mr. Jerry and Mike were very helpful. Priced matched a Firestone battery.

Most Autozones I go in have the same boring know nothing staff. However, this location had a very friendly and helpful staff. Maybe I just caught the right staff at the right day. Either way, I had a great experience.

Staff here was very friendly and helpful. If your check engine light comes on they can run a diagnostics test and check you rbattery power free of charge.
