People in there were really nice, patient and understanding

Says open on their website and in Google. Go to the store and its closed. Rockauto.com is going to be my go to from now on.

The owner is an awesome person in general. And they do their very best to help people as quick and accurate as they can.

NAPA Auto Parts is my favorite auto parts store if I need parts, good quality parts. Very clean interior and very knowledgeable staff.

Went in for the wipers for my car, but the look that the man at the counter seemed extremely condescending towards me when I was asking for my blades. He stood behind the counter yelling hello to me across the store, then when I walked around the isle and said hello, I had to say it a couple of times before he would reply appropriately. Then when we finished the transaction, I had to say thank you 2x before there was any response and the only response I received was a slight laugh and question ‘your not gonna to go try to put those on now are you’. Not sure if the condescending was due to me being a female or that’s just how he rolls.

Customer service was poor, seemed like both males working the counter have been there a LONG time and forgot about how important the customer is. Hey there, we are the ones paying your check!!! In an off-hand way.

Always have what I need. Friendly staff, quality parts. NAPA is my go-to for auto parts
