Once we dropped off our Suburban not only did the service department troubleshoot and fix the issue but also found other issues and fixed them. I work all the time and my wife has to depend on her vehicle. Now we also have a dealership that we can trust. Top notch service! We are extremely satisfied!

Dealership made doing a courtesy trade and financing super easy. Financing department explained all the warranty information thoroughly and answered any questions that I had and actually knew the information they were saying unlike other experience at dealerships. The vehicle delivery with the shortage went as expected with delays but when the vehicle arrived it was quickly prepared for us to pick up! Great turn around to get the vehicle to us.
I brought my 2021 LT Trail Boss for first complimentary oil change. Your staff members were very courteous and professional. As far as the work, I noticed an oil leak after driving it to MS that weekend, and found that the oil filter had not been tightened completely and was leaking oil. I returned when I got back to Lafayette, and the service department rechecked everything, and thankfully all was well. But, Orin and his colleagues in service department were awesome to deal with - courteous, professional, and engaging!!
This dealership by far has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. My service associate has the personality of a tick. No one seems to know any information about anything going on in the shop. 1st thing, they did not type in my company name correct. 2nd thing, no one ever answers the phone, always goes to voice mail. 3rd thing, if you are working with a fleet vehicle and there web site is not working, pick up the phone and call them instead of waiting until the driver calls you wondering why the work has not been submitted for approval. 4th thing, I hope no one ever ask me why I never bring my personal car back to where I purchased it, we dont have all day. I could go on and on, tomorrow will be 3 weeks that my van has been in the shop.

I was more than a little nervous about sending my wife down there from Mississippi to buy a used vehicle without me since I was unavailable that Saturday. She was excited to find exactly what she has been looking for for a year! The Tahoe was exactly what they said it was, and they went to great lengths to send all of the pictures that I requested of minor imperfections that were present. They were nice, and the transaction was pleasant. After looking the truck over when she got home, I couldnt be more pleased. Highly recommend.
The entire experience was good. I knew what I wanted and bought it while it was still in transit. Mr. Chuck Voorhies was amazing. So patient and kind. I was exhausted the day I signed the papers and he worked so hard to make sure I got all the rebates I should. He worked a couple hrs to get me the rebate from GM for being a nurse. He is the kind of salesman you measure others against. No high pressure selling. Wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend him .

I then told him I was here first so he said okay sarcastically and gathered my information, then went over to caucasian man and put his car before mines. The staff was great!!! My visit started with an extremely informative showing of all the options available. Initially, I had not planned on purchasing a car, but left with a new vehicle that my wife and I felt great about. The employees made me feel comfortable and gave me the best information for me to make a informed decision. I was not pressured or felt as if I had to choose a car that day or even with them and this went along way in my comfortableness to make a educated purchase based upon the data and facts alone.

This was not my first purchase with Service Cadillac and they of course did not disappoint. The top-notch service they offer is untouchable. They completely catered to us on every level. At first, we were going to have a car delivered and they did everything possible to make that happen before we fell in love with the one on the showroom floor. In the end they allowed us to test drive the one on the showroom floor which of course made us feel very special. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from service and have had great service till now. I dropped my truck off on a Monday for a repair, it sat till Friday without being looked at . Picked up Friday afternoon for weekend so yes I could drive my vehicle so if I would’ve been told to bring back following week that was ok but they left me without vehicle for week. Then I bring back on Monday and call to find they ordered part for Tuesday and won’t be repaired till Wednesday. I love my truck and this really put me in bind cause I use my vehicle to pickup supplies for my job. Had to borrow fellow employee car to pickup parts for emergency repair. To end my wife is looking for new vehicle and after seeing this service she is looking elsewhere. Just not happy.I finally got my truck back on Thursday and went straight to Local Ford dealer and traded it in. I’ve been a Chevy man since my 20’s. I’m trying something new and different.... Had trouble with the battery on my Tahoe a year ago. Instead of changing the battery out, which is what I was told they done. They charged the battery & gave it back to me to get me outside my warranty. When I brought it in again for the same problem & now out of warranty, the battery had to be changed costing me $240. I think I was done wrong & I am very dissatisfied with the outcome.
Dameyon was an absolute breeze to work with. He made sure that all my requirements were met and then some, all while having lots of patience with me. I was able to handle just about everything over the phone which was wonderful since work doesn’t allow me much time to sit at a dealership. He didn’t try to push me to buy something I wasn’t comfortable with.

I went in for a sample oil change and got nothing for my time. When I asked my service advisor to check the status of my vehicle because it had been over an hour, he told me he was at lunch now and would check on its status afterwards. Needless to say after his lunch he checked on it only because I was asking. All that said and 2 1/2 hrs. later my oil was never changed and I was over an hour late returning back to work.

Which in my situation was very much needed. I want to give many thanks to Brad for his service and the guy in finance which I hadnt caught his name but was very helpful and explained the benefits of getting the extended warranty. This was the first time I have ever bought the extended warranty on any of the new vehicles I have bought. And this is my fourth brand new vehicle Ive purchased two of which was bought at service Chevrolet but in the old building on Cameron St. Thanks again for the service. Took almost 2 weeks it is still in the ship, the air went out in my Escalade and when I went to pick it up the air was not fixed and they somehow left my sunroof open in the rain and the inside was soaking wet. So needless to say they are supposedly doing the best they can to fix everything and if not, they will replace what they screwed up or I will sue…I have an attorney on standby….do not recommend this specific dealer!

Terrible service. My work truck has been there for a week and still has not even been looked at. Truck has 29,000 miles on it and transmission is leaking it’s under warranty but they say there are 5 other trucks in front of me. I plan on picking it up tomorrow and bringing it somewhere else

I think I have already done a review but I can’t recommend this place enough. Living in Lake Charles I got a mail in my tire from debris. Went all over town with no luck on getting it fixed. One call to Service and they got me right in. This business truly is all about customer service. I won’t even waste my time in Lake Charles again. Brought in my truck to auto body repair for an insurance claim. The people were nice but no one updated me about my vehicle. I had to call every few days to find out what was going on . Their estimated time frame for it to be fixed doubled. This caused a big inconvenience.

Ill give them a 5-star rating. I had to drive 6 hours from Arkansas for a specific truck. It was ready when I got there even after hurricane Delta. Every feature of the truck was explained very well and all my questions were answered without hesitation. I was left standing around for a few minutes here and there, however the number of customers at the complex was the issue. Overall, I have no complaints at all. I would definitely deal here again if I didnt live so far away. Thanks Brad and Otis.

I had great experience at Service Chevrolet and with Rob Mayeux. Rob made my trade in completely smooth and so easy. I didnt think I could get a brand new vehicle being upside down on my loan, but he made it happen and I am even paying less monthly! Very satisfied with my purchase and my experience.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an appointment scheduled for a simple oil change so I figured it would be quick. Other places have it done within an hour so after the first hour passed I checked to see if my car was finished. Nothing. Second hour passed and car was still not finished. About three hours later, I was informed my car was in the shop getting the oil changed only because I asked. There is no reason for an oil change to take so long and if it does at least communicate to the customer within a reasonable time frame so they don’t have to stay around waiting cluelessly as to what the status of their service is. Never returning to this location and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I also overheard him speaking to another client out of my sight, I assume by phone. His speech and demeanor was very calm, professional and gave very clear explanation of situation and what to expect. I was extremely impressed with his care. I would give him a 5 star rating.
We had Lisa as our salesperson, and we absolutely loved her. Now that the deal is done the service dept has drop the ball terribly. On two incidents I have had to call the Chevy service dept., I have had to leave a message then turn around and call a leave a second mrssage before getting a response. Then once you get a response its like you are just another vehicle not a person. They forget to put you on the calendar for work to be done so no parts are ordered nor no loaner had been held on the side for you. This is my second Traverse and my third Chevy in the last 6 years. My Chevy Trax and my first Traverse was bought at Courstey in Broussard and when you called there they knew who you were and what kind of vehicle you drove. Service Chevy you need to step up your game.
I have to hand it to the guys over at Service Chevrolet. I drove four hours from Alabama to come look at a used car and they didnt waste my time or try to haggle. They stuck to their guarantee over the phone about the condition and price they would sell the vehicle for. They also called my DMV and got all the taxes and fees calculated, so that I didnt have to worry about coming out of pocket for tons of money when I went to register it. They sent the paperwork quickly and even sent a check to cover any unexpected registration costs! I didnt pay a dime to register the vehicle. Shout out to Colby for letting me check out the vehicle without being pushy or trying to talk me into it. Would drive 4 hours again!

There was a mixup about vehicle that I was buying for my grandson. It was a considerable amount of money difference. I was impressed by Service Chevrolets commitment to stand behind what I had been told by the salesman and complete the purchase anyway. That spoke volumes to me about their commitment to customers having a good experience buying from them. I also was impressed that they had one of their service managers come sit in vehicle to explain all dash controls and to set up on On-Star for months free service. This dealership went beyond the norm to make buying experience as good as it could be. Kudos to the management of the dealership!
Absolutely terrible customer service now!! I’m not sure what has changed the past year in their service department but it’s horrible!! I have been calling for the past 6 weeks trying to get my Tahoe in for them to fix a faulty DVD player that they installed in February. I can’t even get a call back!! I have left multiple messages on different service advisors voicemails and they will not call me back. It’s really aggravating knowing that I have purchased 3 vehicles with them and I’m currently looking to trade this on in but I guarantee I will never purchase from them now!

Things never have been the same, I guess, since they forced Mr Goodwrench into an early retirement. I was under the opinion when I purchased the vehicle I was getting a full coverage warranty. Not the price is just going to be what it is coverage policy. They took absolutely no ownership on their end for the contract that I signed on their letterhead, with their employees, in their building, to buy their car. Sales manager told me,the policy never actually states when the services will be rendered. After having to wait 7 hours for a tow truck, and then for them to not have any tires in stock for a vehicle that I purchased with them and that they currently still sell. Whole ordeal took three days. But hes right, the sales manager, there isnt anything in the policy that states when they have to provide the services. So I suggest purchasing a tent and maybe a sleeping bag along with your extended warranty. Then they wont check you out if youre on the phone. As if you dont have a life, and the things you need to get done arent important. Were not in fifth grade. Youre not my teacher, I know its rude to be on the phone while youre trying to check out. Its even ruder to have a policy like that, like you did just sell somebody something that cost five digits. Until they start paying my phone bill I dont find it right for them tell me where I can use my phone. I wasnt going to make a post until that that girls smirking while saying,we can help you as soon as you get off your phone. well thatd be at first.

Among all the work they did to my car, they only charged me more than $600 just for the headlight of my car. But apparently they did not buy a new one and try to polished the one that was all scratched because i can still see scratch marks. And everytime i call they say they will call me back but they never do
