Sam and Brandy are extremely nice and professional. My daughters transmission had to be rebuilt and this was my first time having something so major done so I was nervous and anxious but they were always nice and willing to take my call when I would call to check on it. I also like that they have you bring it in for a check up to make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying that its never easy to have to bring in your vehicle for a major repair. However, after speaking with (friendly and knowledgeable) employees at A-Abal Transmission my mind was set at ease. My vehicle was diagnosed in less than a day and the repairs were completed shortly thereafter. I found it really nice to conduct business with a company, where the owner is still involved in the day to day business. As of now my vehicle is running great and I couldnt be any happier with the repairs. I will give an update on its status in the following months.

These guys treat you like family and that is one heck of a way to help someone that really needed his vehicle in a bad way. Repaired fast and reliable work you guys rock.

4 months ago I had the rear end in my GMC 1500 k rebuilt I thought the prices will reasonable the time to do the work was done the next day

This was my second time receiving great service from Sam and his technician. My GMC Envoy V8 was leaking oil, and I suspected the rear main seal as this is an issue for the motor I have. This repair is labor intensive due to the transmission being separated from the engine. I figured who better than a transmission specialist to get it done fast/right. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done that afternoon. Sam was informative and patient with me...I google too much and there are a few other areas these vehicles can leak oil from. At no point did he try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs to anything that I suggested may be another cause of the leak. A lot of shops will gladly repair anything you suggest, but Sam was honest and only fixed the actual problem. Its been a few days and its bone dry underneath my car, and done at a price that was about 25% less than what I was expecting for the job. Im getting ready to relocate across country, and he even offered to check everything out under the car before I hit the road...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Most mechanics are out to screw the customer over. Mr sam is the furthest thing from that. I went in fully ready to spend 3k on my transmission. He went out his way to diagnose a totally different problem and fixed it in a timely manner costing me a couple hundred instead of thoussands. I will be going back to thier shop for all future business big or small.

Arrived yesterday with my sons 2004 VW Jetta. Sam (the owner) greeted me before I could have the Jetta off loaded from the tow truck. I demonstrated how the transmission was not shifting gears properly, and Sam immediately knew what the problem was. Sam explained to me that the shift cable was loose. He walked into his shop and returned with a tool to tighten the cable linkage right then and there. The problem was fixed in less time than it took to have the Jetta towed there. The man didnt even have it in his heart to charge me. Would I go back to A-Abal and recommend this transmission shop to family and friends? Absolutely!!! Thanks again Sam for your honesty and graciousness.
