Got a great deal, thats the most important. Salesman I worked with didnt make me feel rushed at all, he worked to answer all my questions - another important point.Bought an electric vehicle and the salesman knew the answers to most but not all of the questions I asked. I understand that, they havent seen many EVs so I guess wouldnt expect them to be experts.I was somewhat surprised that they gave me the car with less than 50% charge and didnt have a way to charge it. I got it back to Indianapolis, but with not too much power to spare.The biggest concern I have is that when I called, the GM didnt want any of his people spending any time talking with me. I asked for details on the lease and a rough estimate on why my trade might be worth, and he said it was a busy Saturday and he didnt have time to answer my questions.Still, the deal was great and my salesperson was good - those are the #1 and #2 things that are most important to me.
Service was great, customer service rep was wonderful. Is there any way to provide a quiet seating area? On my last 2 visits to the dealership the music was at an uncomfortably loud level. It lends an unprofessional “the boss is out” feel.
Idk about everyone else there but the person I dealt with wouldn’t let me test drive any car by myself as if I was going to steal it with two kids. Also was kind of pushy on getting me to buy the car. Was very happy when trying to sell the car but after I made the purchase they didn’t seem very happy about fixing something they should have already known was wrong. To be honest I should’ve went to auto express but you live and learn. Hope this helps the someone.

Like a couple reviews below, purchasing the car wasn’t an issue, but like Nick and Karthik’s reviews, I am also having major paperwork issues with them. I am driving on expired temporary plates. We bought the car in July and are still waiting on registration paperwork. We have been calling for weeks with no resolution. Today we were told they would have to call the title company and then they would get back to us. They didn’t and I called around 6, but everyone from the office was gone. It’s getting a little exhausting having to take time to call so often and not get any answers. It’s also stressful knowing I am driving on expired plates. Again, not a bad buying experience, but I would reconsider if you are an out of state buyer.

I recently bought a used 2013 F150 from Bob Rohrman Kia. My initial buying experience through them was ok, but I am getting frustrated as I have never received any kind of paperwork to register and title my vehicle. It has been nearly two months since I made my purchase and since then my current license plates have expired, and I just made my first payment on a vehicle that is not even in my name yet. I have tried to call, and have left messages and no one has cared to get back with me about this issue. I have never had this experience from any other dealership I have bought a vehicle from as the title work is usually finished failt quick. I hope everyone has a better experience in the titling process than I did.

The sales representatives were friendly and helped us get a good deal.However, I have two issues with them -1. They have not shared the relevant papers even after 5 weeks of purchase which has stalled my vehicle registration.2. Im an out of state buyer and hence need to call them about this issue. But they are very slow or consciously avoid after-sales issues. I would not recommend buying from them if you are an out of state buyer.

Editing my review from last year and lowering the star rating.My original review is left below. About 8 months into ownership of the car, the car was rear-ended and totaled. I repeatedly reached to the dealer for almost two months to cancel the extended coverage. Not one return phone call came back. Since I live out of state, I cant just drive to the dealership and my daughter that lives in Indiana found no help going in the dealership, they just took my number from her and sent her on her way.I found my original selling finance manager at a different Rohrman dealership. He sent me the cell phone number for his replacement at this dealer location. The finance manager sent me the documents to complete and I returned within a day or so. Here we are another month or more later and no return communication and no evidence that the refund was sent to Kia finance. I have also resent thedocument with paperwork showing that the car is now paid off. I dont rescind my original experience but very frustrated that they would not help the customer process the warranty under a year from purchase.I need to purchase a new car to replace the lost vehicle, but their lack of response is driving me to shop elsewhere.Original Review:Excellent management of a sale from 1700 miles away. My daughter attends Purdue University and I live in Phoenix. I was able to make contact with Spencer in sales. We did the entire transaction via text and a few phone calls. The docs are on my desk in Phoenix, signing and sending back. They made the entire transaction, trade and warranty explanation as simple as possible. Thanks for your help!
This was my first time at BR Kia Service. I took my Sedona to get the air conditioner fixed. Frankie was the employee that took care of not getting the van looked at, but arranged at ride back to my work after I dropped my vehicle off. He also kept in contact with me throughout the day via text message which was great, as it is hard for me to talk on the phone while working. I knew my vehicle was in good hands. The issue was fixed, was able to pick up the van the same day after work. Very thing went smoothly and I will not hesitate to go back there again, if the need arises.
I was interested in getting a new Kia Forte gt so I submitted an inquiry online. I had a trade in and I live over an hour away I wanted to get a number on my trade in BEFORE I made the drive there. The salesman at the beginning was prompt but after sending my information to have my trade appraised he disappeared. I texted back after 2 hours of no response I was told the used car manager wasn’t there this was a Monday. I waited for a text all day on Tuesday and nothing finally on Wednesday I texted again and still nothing solid. Horrible experience I was just trying to get into a new car I was ready to go but couldn’t get helped. Turns out the vehicle I was interested in was still available yesterday over a month later!
Went in thinking the usual that I was about to waste my time and leave without purchasing a new car. From the moment I arrived and met Logan P. everything I thought negative about car dealers went out the window. His service and determination to provide awesome customer service was perfect. He got me into a beautiful 2017 Kia Sportage with almost no miles on it and absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this dealership and Logan to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I tried to get them to give me a new temp tag or a dealer plate to ensure I was driving legally. This was after I had not received my title and paperwork for my new plates. They said to drive on the expired temp tag for the next couple weeks till I receive my paperwork .They not only refused to help but also hung up on me and made fun of us telling them we also reported them to our financial institution investigating dept. they were Alberto, Miguel, and the general manager. So disappointed in their conduct and customer service. They will lie about everything so please beware. I will not be a returning customer.

Purchased a 2019 with 20k miles on it. I could not get anyone in there to sit down and actually go over any numbers. They were unwilling to even tell me the price and I had to get online to see what the asking price was. I ended up paying about 5k more than I wanted, but they insisted there was no room for movement and they didnt offer the same military and first responder discounts the Kia dealership in Indy offers. All of that aside, they didnt mention anything about how much work needed to be done on the truck. Ive already spent over $2000 on things that I feel should have been disclosed before I purchased this truck less than a month ago.

From the moment I set foot in the door, to the moment I left it was top of the class service all around. I have complete confidence that if anything were to happen, they would take care of me. Proud to say this is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever set foot in.
During the purchasing phase, the staff was great. Closing time was 7:00 pm, but we live far away, and got to the dealership at 6:50. We drove the car, negotiated, and didnt leave until 8:30. Two nights later we went to pick up the car, and the staff also stayed late. The service after the sale, however, was disappointing. The F&I person, Nick, left a message for me nearly two weeks after I purchased the car indicating he had neglected to get my signature on a page needed to process the title work. This indicated that he had waited this long to begin working on the title process. I returned his call immediately and left a message. After a week and a half, I had not heard from him and called again. So we are now 3 weeks after the purchase. He needed my email address to send me the paper to sign. This was an unnecessary delay--my email address was on the purchase agreement, the same place where, I assume, he obtained my phone number to call me in the first place. After another week and a half, the title finally came. However, the mailing address on the title was not mine, but the dealerships address. The title department was quick to correct the mistake. Overall, a disappointing experience which I would not recommend to others, mainly because of Nicks neglect and long delay.

Now changing to 1.In response to the dealers request (below) that I contact them to remedy my situation, I have tried - unsuccessfully - for over a week to speak with a sales manager. I initially submitted a request via the dealership website, explaining my situation and requesting a manager call. This, instead, put me in their sales pipeline and lead to 3-4 texts/emails/voicemails per day. So I called and spoke to a sales rep, explained my situation and asked to speak to a manager. Rep was very polite, but explained it was very busy in the store and she likely wouldnt be able to find an available sales manager. So I gave her my information and requested she remove me from the sales pipeline and have someone call me. She assured me a manager would call back. That was 5 days ago. The sales contacts continued for 3 more days (I had to notify 3 different people I am not in the market for a new vehicle) and I still havent received a call from a manager.In addition, (as mentioned below) my sales rep had assured me licensing and registration in my home state was included in the quoted price and that plates would be mailed to my home. A month after purchase I learned that I had to go to my local licensing office to obtain plates. I went, waited 2 hours, and learned I had to pay an additional $1100 to get the plates - and that the dealer had provided a check for only $35 toward licensing.When I wrote my first review, I was irritated and disappointed in the service I received from this dealership. 2 weeks - and $1100 - later, Im frustrated and angry - and wondering if they are intentionally avoiding me.If anyone from the dealership is reading, please have someone call me. My last name is Lange. I purchased a used Subaru in May.-------(My original Review - posted 7/1/21)Purchased a used vehicle from out-of-state. Early sales process went surprisingly well. But once we committed to purchase the vehicle, things went downhill. Sales rep became less responsive. It took 3 days of me calling before they sent me paperwork (they were unable/unwilling to do paperwork online) - after I had explicitly told the rep I had urgency to take delivery on the car. I called to complain to a sales manager who assured me he would look into things and get back to me quickly - he never called me back. At closing, I was assured that the dealership would take care of title, licensing and registration. A month after purchasing the car, we still hadnt received plates. After a couple calls to the dealer, they informed us that we had to contact our state licensing department to obtain plates. Very disappointed. Would not purchase from this dealership again.

Has false pricing their website. Called about a car, did not have the best service first of all, then second they got very rude over the phone when they tried telling me the vehicle I was interested in was now $10,000 more because of “the market”. They need to advertise correct pricing.

I was skeptical at first being from out of state, but I took a gamble and low and behold it was the best investment ever. What led me to this store was my friend recently bought a Telluride from a salesperson named Gwen. JT told me shes great with her clients and the most exciting part, she got to shake the Llama. I had to see for myself and exactly what JT said Llama. I cant tell you anymore with what I already know, but you have to come down here and experience the energy in this store. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting into a car and if I hadnt been leasing with them, I never would have gotten mine from them but I thought I had no choice... They lie to your face, they dont subtract your down payment, they gave me the same payment as a $2000 more expensive car and then say, its basic math.I told them I needed to be out of their at a specific time and gave 4 hrs notice. They made me sit there and didnt even try until it was almost time to go. Then they can fly through the papers and try to slide things by. So tell them a time way in advance and really take time to question the details. But look out for your down payment, they wont show you your full payment until the very end after youve signed 20 papers and if you finance through them, that guy gets commission, he will tell you anything to get you to finance through them and not your own bank. That is a fact, I know people in other Bob Rorhman dealerships. The sales guy does not,but the finance guys do.I have horrible anxiety and felt stuck bc they take your car and park it out of sight, give you the new keys and take yours before they even give you the papers to sign. I was almost in tears and I wanted out, but unfortunately I had already paid the down payment before I saw my outrageous dollar final price.If you finance through your bank, its owned by Bob Rorhman Lincoln Hyundai, there is no Bob Rorhman Kia to finance through in Lafayette, which is the only reason I didnt finance through my bank... I just thought my bank didnt work with them. Would have saved me 60 bucks a month for seven years. Cant wait to refinance.They say congratulations, but they should be saying, Im sorry we screwed you over.
The fella that fixed the radio fixed it but stripped out all the Amp wires that were in it, I didnt tell them to do that and the floor molding for the door seal is broke now
8 hours. Thats how long Ive been waiting for a real price. Car is listed at 31k. I ask for an out the door price at 9am. At 330pm I finally get a price of 37k. 6k higher then its listed online. Then I question how its 6k higher and I get told due to a military discount which is $400. I say thats incorrect and no response to calls or texts. This is the worst buying experience ever and I have worked in the auto industry for 20 years. Very, very sad to see.
Constantly calling, texting, & emailing me spam surveys. Always telling me I need an oil change thousands of miles early or other services over 13,000 miles early. Giving me gift cards as part of my car purchase agreement and then putting expiration dates of a few months later when you gave them after I signed the papers making them useless. The first salesperson and only one that ever talked to me before deciding to purchase, over a two year period, absolutely refused to listen to me about what I wanted or the price. I had to walk in and buy from a stranger because she so adamantly refused to listen to anything I said.
