My sons vehicle died on the road and we had it towed to Banes. Rachel, the CSR told me it would be a few days before they could look at it, but when they did, they were honest and didnt try to bilk me. They actually referred me to a much less expensive shop which specializes in the repair we needed and we got the car back on the road costing MUCH less than I expected. The most impressive part in working with Banes -- they didnt charge me a dime for their diagnosis. A++ guys!

Changed my oil filter in no time, was super nice, quick, and reasonably priced despite being backed up. Secretary and the mechanic were both superb and John even rode with me to listen to the engine knock problem without charge and without an appointment!
