They gave me a loaner car when I bought my car in for service. Very courteous staff

I dropped my truck off because of an electrical problem but heard nothing from Service for 4 weeks and a day so I stopped in to see how they were coming. I was told they had no record of my truck and knew nothing about it. I found it parked out back and drove it back to the service bay. I had asked some service to be performed while they had it but nothing was done. They promised to get right on it. It was ready to pick up the next day and it was. I paid the bill and they brought it to me. It was damaged and I asked the guy that brought me the truck about it and he just shrugged and said he didnt know anything about it.

Customer service is a big reason for purchasing my Spark a couple of years ago! Hasnt been any different while getting my car serviced on a regular basis. Always aiming to please!
