If you like Goodyear tires this is a great place to get them. They set appointments and were ready and prompt with the service. I had two new tires on the car within about 30 minutes of arrival. Standard waiting area with TV, coffee, drink machine. Chairs were nothing extravagant but were comfortable enough for the minimal wait I had.

Andrea and Greg were very helpful when it came to service. I purchased tires for my truck last year and purchased the road hazard with them. Today I went drop my truck off for the to repair a valve stem and a hole in one the wheels. There was no hesitation on helping or taking care of the issue. I also got trailer tires and an oil change. Honestly you couldn’t ask for better service that they provided. I recommend if you need tires or an oil change to head out to them.

Brand new tires installed four days ago two leaky valves too busy to correct. Sent me to another store to get worked on. Could care less about the My safety. Did not even offered to fill up tires to get me to the other store.

I drive an older Mercury Mountaineer which is a fantastic SUV but with a personality that needs parts now and again. The technicians did a fantastic job of completely rebuilding the undercarriage as needed. The vehicle drives better than when it was new and they even dropped me off at work. Everytime I come to this place I always have a great experience. Very courteous and friendly. There is an average wait time like any other shop. They do match and beat prices on everything.

I just had the worst day EVER, and these guys especially Mr. Greg went COMPLETELY out of their way to accommodate me and the seemingly most complicated situation I can remember being in. It is one minute until 7 and he is still working to fix the problem that someone else created. It took him only minutes to identify the problem, and to find a resolution. I will not have to ride on a dummy tire for the weekend! I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Very courteous and knowledgeable! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Ive been going here for 5 years and they do honest work at a competitive price. They are key on service and leave my car cleaner than other shops. They track my maintenance and do quick inspections whenever Im in for a oil change.

We had a great experience at this place! We came in about 40 minutes before closing with a screw in a rear tire that was leaking badly. They took us right in, and had our repair completed within 1/2 hour. The price was right, and the service was outstanding! They saved me from having to do a tire change out on the interstate get.

Ive taken two cars here and they are honest, fast, and have always done a good job. On one visit I was having brake trouble and they were not able to do the repair. They referred me to a dealership for the repair and didnt even charge me for the time they spent identifying the problem. Definitely will return!

I came here knowing something was wrong with my tire, most likely the axel or baring from the sound it was making. I asked to get it checked out. The guy walked out of the store and glanced at 2 if my tires, he didn’t even walk around the whole car then suggested I get 4 new tires because the tread was word down. He refused to take it back and inspect it or even listen to the recording of the sound I had. I went to another shop and my axel was worn down plus they said my tire tread was in fine condition.

Josh I had a similar issue happen to me several years ago with the same thing I bought some high performance tires for my car and they practically begged me to buy the protection plan for the tires and I refused to buy it because I have never had to use it in the past and it would have cost me an additional $80. I had my tires for about a week and something punctured the sidewall and I went back and tried to get them to give me a free replacement because they were so new. Long story short it was not a manufacture defect and I signed the work order that I had declined the coverage so I was going to be out the purchase price for another tire however I did ask to speak to Greg who is the manager of that location and he got involved and got Goodyear to make a concession to help me out then he also offered the coverage again which I bought this time because I wasnt going to make the same mistake twice. I would call him and see if he can rectify your issue because he was very helpful in handling mine.

This place will pull the bait and switch on you. They will bait you in with an online appointment, and then when you get there, gosh darn it, they dont have in stock what you ordered. But they CAN hook you up today with a different tire, and its more expensive. They bait you in with the online appointment, then they pull the switch on you. Unethical business.

Had a late in the day request to repair a flat tire I got during my road trip to DC from Arizona. They were able to do the repair and Im in DC and its still holding up well. To top it off, repairing the flat was free.Very personable staff. Jeff I think it was (Im terrible with names) was heading the main room and taking calls. It was a bit of a slow day so we had a long chat about our travels. Good times!

Much amused by their customer service this time. Went there a few days ago on a service engine soon light. They took $120 to get the O2 sensor changed and stuff. All well. Service engine light comes on in 4 days again. Went there again. Mr. Greg looked and took my car to the back. Turns out they didnt do the wiring correctly last time. Had no courtesy to inform me about it and no courtesy to say sorry either. Ive been stuck way too many times for this. Wish I could have done something more about the incident.

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE!! Edit: While I was looking under my car today to try and pin point the oil leak, I discovered that they used some blue sealant on my oil drain bolt as well as on my oil filter. ALL WITHOUT NOTIFIYING ME THEY DID SO. I took pictures and will try posting them as well. I dont know about other Goodyears around town but these guys do the absolute minimum when it comes to service. When they do inspections (which is the entire reason why I even get my 2005 Infiniti G35 oil changed here) they mainly want to tell you what they can fix the easiest (whether its actually necessary or merely for their profit). I had a trip to Texas planned and the car was running absolutely perfectly but its old and my last inspection they recommended some changing of coolant hoses and belts as well as some other bull**** easy money. I knew my belts were worn and due to it being winter I agreed they did needed to be changed and just went along with new coolant as well as the coolant hoses. Now heres my problem. Coming home from work on the interstate, my car was jumping and acting crazy. Nothing Ive ever felt a car do before. The check engine light was flashing and a slight burning oil smell was coming from the engine. I had random misfires in all but the 1st and 2nd cylinders. My car has never misfired before this visit, ever. The next day I went back, told them my problem and made them read the codes. The mechanic came inside and said its reading theres random misfires and something about the catayltic converter. He never personally showed me the codes like AutoZone does nor did they ever give me any recommendations besides change the converter which is insane. Converters go out due to other issues that need to be resolved before handling the converter issue. He blamed the converter for everything which makes believe either 1. Hes a horrible mechanic that doesnt know anything about cars or 2. They messed up something but because Im a girl he thinks he can just pull the wool over my eyes. I literally took my engine apart down to taking off valve covers to find massive amounts of oil leaking from the gaskets. Now if they would have told me from the begining hey maam. We noticed some oil leakage.... this all probably would have been prevented. Not once was I ever told about oil problems. THEY ALSO MUST SPILL OIL FREQUENTLY because there was also burnt oil piled up on places where leaking gaskets could have never reached (on top of driver side valve cover and around the oil cap) Theyre friendly, sure. But looks are deceiving and they only want to rip you off and possibly not tell you specific things about your vehicle so they know they will see you soon with another 500-1200 lick. They even give you discounts to make you feel like youre getting an alright deal and make sure you come back. I should have taken the signs that this Goodyear doesnt get as much business as I normally see other shops get. love my car and will be watching YouTube videos from now on since these idiots only care about a damn check, not the safety of their customers or well being of their property. FIND A REAL MECHANIC, Im done with you Goodyear and all other chains as well. Notice how all the 5 star reviews only talk about the physical lobby/building or the friendliness of staff not from actually helping them with car trouble. Its horrible what this world is coming to.

I recently brought my car into the shop for an issue with it running bad. They were able to figure out one that someone had already been working on the car and two the job was done incorrectly. Well the one who worked on it was me and I used Youtube to do it but what Youtube didnt say is that if your working on an older car with over 100k miles other stuff breaks when you work on it if your not very careful. Needless to say my Youtube repair cost me double because they had to redo the work and use their parts so I would be covered by their nationwide warranty. Youtube is good for some things but I think I will leave the automotive work to the guys who actually went to school to do it not somebody who sits behind a desk all day.
