Found exceptional 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L online at Rohrman Honda. Called about it and had grt chat with salesman Derrick. Told him to hold that car as we reside in Colorado Springs. Sooo we bought a 1 way ticket to Indianapolis and checked into a nearby hotel after a long day. ***Next morning Derrick brought the car to our hotel 45 miles away. Service was great, but afterwards I hand washed my 2020 Honda Accord 2.0T and found new scratches on the RF bumper and RR wheel which was on the RF corner when dropped off only reason its on the RR is due to a tire rotation that was done. Following Monday I stopped by and the assistant service manager said that there wouldnt be anyway that could have occurred during my service due to the tech and the equipment they have. The pictures that were taken when dropping off dont show scratches on the RF bumper but they said that the picture is unclear since it wasnt taken close enough to the bumper.
This dealership delivered the best experience Ive had with getting a new car. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a smiling salesman named Dustin who helped show me a few different new honda civics. Ultimately I decided to go with the ex trim package and was introduced to the wonderful finance team who helped get me a great deal and really worked with me to help get me in the car of my dreams. Justin in finance was great at communicating what Honda needed and how we could get the right car for me. After signing the finance papers, I was able to shake Justin and Dustins hands before I drove off in my new Civic.

Took my car in for an extended warranty repair at no charge to me. They then claimed it wasn’t really the problem and made me pay $137 for a diagnostic test! I know they were lying about it as the car was doing exactly what the extended warranty was for. Just out to rip people off!
I went in today with the intention of buying a new CR-V, but once I’d arrived, the last one was being sold. I ventured over to the certified pre owned office and was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman named Chuck. I inquired about the pre owned inventory and we found a black 2019 CR-V.Chuck helped me through the car buying process, updating me about wait times throughout, due to customer volume. I never felt stressed or pressured, and felt that Chuck did everything he could to expedite the process.Dan was in charge of my financials and made it quick and painless, explaining documents thoroughly and making sure to clarify anything I had questions with. I order my tire Friday after noon, it came in Tuesday and the service department got the tire replaced for me in a very timely and professional manner.
Ryan white was my salesman. He was great. Very friendly and personable. I bought a great car but it only came with one key fob. 2nd was not returned by previous owner. He got me a new key fob made no problems. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a Honda.

The service department is the worst around. You are better off going to Midas. At least midas doesnt lie to your face The service manager is clue less and rude. Very deceitful they will tell you whatever you need to hear in order for you to bring your vehicle to them. Then its a totally different story when your car is there .
Service is expensive. They tend to exaggerate the problems after an inspection. But I actually trust them for the same reason.
Im always treated very well and the tech Jojo always takes good care of my car. Hes the only one I want to work on it. Great job as always.

Bob Rohrman un-lawfully sold me a used car without having the title in hand. It has since been well over 30 days and I have no title in hand, and I’m not sure when I will. I understand covid delays, but the lack of communication from them seriously upset me.I tried to handle the issue internally with them but found myself leaving messages that never get returned.I would highly recommend avoiding.
I went in to run diagnostics on my car because my car battery kept discharging while the car was off. They said it was because the battery was bad even though the one I had was 2 weeks old, and the old battery had the same problem. I then went and got the battery tested elsewhere, and it tested good. In short, they charged me $130 for a problem they werent able to diagnose correctly and tried to get me to pay another $200 for a battery replacement. Other than that, the people who did the service were nice, and my visit didnt take that long.
Dustin helped me out considerably several months back and Im still driving in the car to this day, its worked me wonders. 10/10 Service. Will definitely come back when looking to upgrade!

It was definitely worth the trip with my girlfriend up to lafayette headed to bob rohrman honda. The employees wasted no time getting me set up but also made it a pretty fun experience of buying my first official car. My salesman Dustin was so nice and chill through it all even with me being his first customer. The financial assistant was really cool and able to make the experience fun. Time went by fast even though I was technically in there for about 3 hours. The employees all did an excellent job and I was able to show up in my old mazda and leave with brand new 2020 honda civic. Thank you all for the good time and the sweet new car.
My son took our 2020 CRV to this service center only to do a basic maintenance and to turn off the maintenance light. Mileage is only 3000 so we weren’t expecting to do an oil or tire rotation, yet the service department did a complete oil change and tire rotation service without consulting us first. We expected a quick free service and left with a $90 bill. Definitely will not recommend this service center.

If I could give less than zero stars, I definitely would.We bought a vehicle on January 29th, and our paper plate expired March 5th. We went to the DMV a few days before it was set to expire to get our registration and they said the title still hadn’t been transferred so we couldn’t get the registration. We were told when we signed the paperwork they would handle all of that. We had to resign the paperwork two weeks after we drove off the lot due to an error they made as well. Seeing as this was our first car buying experience, (a fact we shared with our salesman, Daniel) I feel we were taken advantage of and taken for people who didn’t know how the process works. Every time I tried to call and get answers I always got told the people I need to speak to have “just stepped out” and I’m forced to leave a message, which never gets returned. They finally agreed to give us a dealer plate to use until the paperwork was finished. We returned said dealer plate two weeks ago and this morning I woke up to a text message from the salesman and a voicemail from the manager, Issac, saying we HAD NOT returned the dealer plate and that they were going to involve law enforcement. We told them exactly what day and the general time frame we returned the plate, and all I got as a response was a text message from the salesman saying “we found it, thank you”. I called the manager, Issac and asked what they were going to do about the inconvenience, seeing as we had been very forgiving about the misunderstanding with the paperwork and that this whole issue wouldn’t have even happened if the paperwork had been sent on time. I honestly wasn’t really looking for anything, I just wanted to see if my suspicion was correct. And it was. He was very unprofessional with me, calling me dude and man multiple times, he raised his voice on more than one occasion, and actually hung up on me.Unless you want the headache of your life, take your money and your business elsewhere.
Really had a near fraud experience. Saw a Toyota Yaris used one for sale online. They put up a Carfax report as clean. When I went and checked the car, being a mid level car mechanic I opened the hood and saw a lot of alterations. And I asked for a detailed Carfax report and the car was reported to had a crash and I asked for another car they showed me several ones with very bad Carfax reports. Finally I settled for a 2017 manual transmission Honda Civic and they wouldnt sell it to me saying I have poor credit score while me and my fiance had 630 and 730 both of us being employed. This is a very bad place to buy car. They sell you faulty cars. Please check the Carfax report and go with your mechanic to see the car you buy is legit.Mostly what I felt uncomfortable was1. The salesperson didnt know to drive a manual transmission and I had to wait 10 mins to see the honda civic2. The finance head first gave a report saying we can buy the car if we pay $390 per month capital one being the loan giver and afterwards she said we cannot buy the car.This is very unprofessional and cheap

Consider your other options before you take your car to Bob Rohrman Honda Service.Service is over priced, charged me $100 for the diagnostic for an issue that was already shown on the dashboard. Finally repair was quoted for $100.00 + $600.00 = $700 plus taxes. Honda service does not even guarantee that problem will be fixed after a payment of $700 + tax, there could be more repair needed (more charges). Also Honda didnt have the part in stock, it would take 4-5 days to repair.Anyways I took it to another shop by the post office and found out issue was completely different, not the wiring harness as Bob Rohrman Honda service diagnosed for $100. Other shop repaired it for $310 including the parts + service + tax within the same day!!

Terrible service. It’s like they don’t know anything about communication. I left a car here to have some parts replaced. They gave me a time estimate on it being done about a week after the parts were ordered. It was up to ME to call the dealer and ask for an update on my car the day it was supposed to be done. Not only did they not replace my parts, they haven’t even had it shipped to them. Great! Another two weeks without a car. Very disappointed with the communication skills this dealership has and it’s time management. For a 4.5 rating I definitely expected much better service than this.

GREAT experience. We were in a lease with a 18 Civic LX and during a service appointment Isaac reached out to me and said he could get us into a new car for about the same price. He pulled some strings and he was able to get us into a 20 CR-V EX (Aegean Blue of coarse) that I inquired about for about the same price! They did wonders for us and made my wifes dreams of having a really nice SUV come true. The service manager also answered all of my personal questions about the process to acquire a Civic Type R. I’ve taken my car to Bob Rohrman for the last time. I don’t have a problem with the service necessarily, but the prices are outrageous. Adding this to a couple of previous poor experiences and I’m moving on.I try to be a conscientious car owner and take care of things the right way, but I am certain I can find service that is equal/better quality at a much lower price.I also got 6 reminders for my recent service in 48 hours prior to my appointment. I’m all for a reminder, but 6 in 48 hours!?! When I asked how I could be taken off one or more of their lists (call, text, and email) nobody at the dealership could help me.

We took in our car to diagnose the engine light. Charged us $200 to diagnose, then wanted $800 to fix it. Fine. We then got quotes from a couple other places who could fix it for cheaper and went to one of them. Turns out, Bob Rohrman Honda misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. Not only that, the repair place we took it to ordered the parts from Honda and Honda wouldnt take them back even though they were the wrong parts! We got charged for them as well all because Honda misdiagnosed it in the first place! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to Bob Rohrman Honda. An absolute joke. Id give it Zero stars if that was an option.

I just purchased a new Honda CR-V from the Lafayette Honda dealer. I did much research and went in having a good idea of what I wanted. When I arrived I ended up working with a sales person named Riley. Riley was newer, but was very much nice, knowledgeable, and low pressure. He was honest when he didnt know something and got answers to any questions he didnt know. The did not have the car I wanted on the lot and were able to get it the next day, We did most of the paperwork on day one and started the process of getting the car to Lafayette. Day 2 I went in and finished up, working with Jason, the finance person.I did not do the Honda Financing. Although it had lower rates than my bank, the Honda Financing has very poor reviews online. The small extra percentage I will pay over the loan term worth it to me to have a good experience, and it also keeps the business local.Overall I am very happy with the new vehicle and with my transaction at Lafayette Honda dealer. If I had to pick one negative, on day two when t he car came in and I went back to finish everything up I had to wait like 1.5 to 2 hours just to do my financing.They only had a single finance person working and they were very busy. Once I got into financing it only took like 15 minutes, but getting there was a battle.If you are looking for a Honda in Lafayette Indiana I absolutely recommend this dealer, and I would even recommend getting with Riley.

Could have been a much better experience. Dropped car off and we were told the next day that the airbag part for our 1999 CRV would not be available for another six months. They admitted the office was shorthanded because of the pandemic quarantine. But this information should have been available before we even left the car there for the full day.

Finely after 24 days total of service everything is good. Hopefully that just didnt jinx my vehicle, but talking with Trey isnt a bad thing, as he is a great guy!! I originally was told by a manager I would get the issue fixed but its too late, got a new car now. Walked in and nobody came out for a few minutes. Finally someone came out and asked what vehicle I was interested in. I was just looking for pre-owned accords and he didnt even bother to help. Just told me to go find a car and a stock number. Finally did and went back in hoping for a walk around on the vehicle. He did nothing like that, just gave us a set of keys and told us to go next door if we wanted to test drive. Im here to get help in buying a vehicle not do it all by myself. Not happy at all. Besides a professional and honest job that impressed me, The service attendant (a guy on the first desk on the right when walked in ). Was very willing to help me find coupons. He went out of his way to get it on line. That means a lot to me.In addition. The girl checking me out was also very friendly and kind. She also helped me understand the oil card and helped me organize them. That was going beyond her job duty.I think it is with good employee that I am willing to pay more to return to this place.I appreciate the kindness of the staff and wish they get useful rewards for doing excellent t job for Rhoman.

We recently had a car problem on I 65 driving through Indiana. We were lucky enough to get to Bob Rohrman’s service department via his Honda store. They were exceptional. They found out the problem quickly, estimated our time and actually got the job done faster than they thought. We highly recommend.
Todd Armstrong at Bob Rohrman was amazing. So helpful and prompt to respond to my inquiries and questions. He was friendly and personable, didnt pressure us at all but was quick to find us what we wanted. It was an easy sale and a great deal!!
I arrived only 5 minutes before my appointment time. They immediately took my information and started working. They told me it would take about two hours. ( warranty work plus an oil change) I waited in the comfortable waiting room. The service manager brought the paper work to me, explained what had been done, answered my questions and I paid for the oil change and was on the way home in exactly two hours.
I bought a 2018 Honda Civic a day before the dealership closed due to the Covid-19 shut downs. Our salesman, Justin S. was super helpful and pleasant. However, shortly afterwards I noticed that two of the tires had significant bulges. After finally getting the car into service, I was told by the Service Manager since I did not purchase the tire warranty, I had to pay the $300 for two new tires, just weeks after paying cash for a fairly new vehicle.After speaking with several people, one Manager, Luke decided to give me a $50 good faith gesture after corporate refused to help us, which I very much appreciated. He was the only contact there that I felt truly cared...So, my bad for being in such a rush to purchase a nice car for my daughter and not going over every inch of the car. Why did Honda sell me a car that had obvious defects and was most definitely unsafe to drive on those tires? I felt like I was somewhat scammed and will never go back to Bob Rohrman Honda. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the vehicle itself is top notch. Lesson learned.
