These guys were great. Checked a pretty much brand new tire that I had that was losing air slowly. They found that the tire was good but the stem was bad. They replaced it in minutes - CHARGED ME NOTHING - and I was on my way back to New Orleans before I could break a sweat in the now 100 degree heat. This happened just 10 mins ago. I in good conscience couldn’t start driving until I posted this review. What honest people.

Everything started out well with the service on my vehicle until the few hours to few days turned into few weeks! At first I was notified of all the repairs needed to be done to my vehicle, then they just changed two parts without consulting me first! When my husband and I picked up the vehicle and in route to driving home my vehicle started killing and the engine was pulling hard! I called the store and spoke with James about the issues we was having he suggested that I have my vehicle towed back to them to see what the problem was. I was skeptical because they had my vehicle for so long the first time so I decided to test run it over the weekend to see if anything changes. My vehicle was leaking transmission fluid, smoking from the tires and it wasnt shifting into reverse. I was so outdone because it was just too much to handle at that time. After the weekend we realized that the brake fluid was leaking behind the tire causing the smoke fumes and causing the brakes to go out! So on Wednesday my husband drove the vehicle back to the shop for James to check out the vehicle and they found out that the hose had corroded from the brake fluid dripping on it. So now we had to pay for a hose that they messed up and when I called James he was sarcastically rude about the whole situation! I was very disappointed with the total outcome of the customer service that I received from here! I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER QUARTER WITH THEM AGAIN!

My first time here and definitely wont be my last. The service manager James was very helpful, informative, and polite. I appreciated every second of my time being serviced here, which says a lot because going in for an oil change and tire rotation is never something anyone really looks forward to.

After going to the dealership to have my brake lights checked and replaced, I brought my vehicle in to express oil change for a new state inspection sticker. Not knowing this prior to my visit, the tech immediately noticed that my brake lights were still out and replaced them quickly and easily on the spot. Amazing customer service. An art that I don’t see often anymore (especially in car care). The employees were extremely helpful, courteous, and didn’t over sell or talk too much. They were also the only lube place between Lake Charles and Lafayette that were able to change the oil filter on my Volkswagen Tiguan (The dealership service center is closed on Saturdays which is my only day off). The technician failed to screw on my engine guard correctly after my oil change and it damaged while I was driving on the highway. Had to pay $200 somewhere else to replace it because of their sloppy work.

Such a great experience! This was my second visit for my oil change and also got my inspection sticker taken care of. The customer service by everyone was excellent, especially James. He was informative about some things that may need to be taken care of with my car without being pushy & more than helpful but not condescending to this girl who sadly doesn’t know much about cars or maintenance. They even washed my windshield and aired up my tires before I left because he saw my light had come on. Prices were great and all work was taken care of in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed! This is my go to place for oil changes now.

I never write reviews, but this was the best auto service Ive ever gotten. Really nice manager and crew. They know their stuff and have the customers interest and needs a first priority. They wont pull anything over you. No hidden costs, or pushing for stuff you dont need at the moment. The prices are good and they tell you exactly what youre getting. I highly recommend this location and I will continue to go here.

So happy I found this place! The team there was so nice and friendly! After going to the same mechanic for YEARS and now having to find a new place that I can trust...was kinda nerve racking. When I pulled up, the manager came out and greeted me. He explained everything that would need to take place. He was painting and very nice! They all made me feel comfortable and safe. Being a 19 y/o on my own, some may take advantage and tell me I need something I don’t really need. But the manager kept me updated told me what I need and what needs to be kept an eye on and will need assistance later. So happy I found such an amazing place! I highly recommend anyone to go!

It was my first time going to express oil change and I did not know what to expect. From the moment I pulled into the driveway, I had an employee instantly helping me. His name was Michael and he handled everything right away. There were explanations for everything and all of my questions were answered.The actual oil change did not take long and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Michael explained what was done, explained the paperwork, and gave me some useful handouts (coupons, express oil change and tire engineers credit card information, and an envelope to keep it all in). It was a great experience and I will be going back for future business.
