I have high praises for Bob Rohrman Dealership in Lafayette, Indiana. Fabian my salesman made my experience a pleasant one, no high pressure. I knew what I wanted and he found my dream car. He was professional and accommodating. I appreciate his time and effort in locating my 2020 G90. (my second Genesis) He returned my calls promptly and kept me informed. I spoke with the receptionist and Jason who both provided excellent customer service. I was impressed when my car arrived, it was in immaculate condition inside and out. Cory made a four hour drive to go over all the bells and whistles on the car. I cant thank him enough for spending almost two hours with me. I am a highly satisfied customer.

Buyers beware, I called this dealership wanting to buy a Genesis G70 2019 that I saw on the website. I spoke with the sales manager Sergio, he would not even let me talk and kept interrupting me about the car as I was trying to ask questions.This is a sad day for me as a consumer as I already own a G90 and a Gv80. I am horrible disappointed this is how a dealership represents a luxury brand.
