Everyone at Hoyts is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and thoughtful. I cant even begin to enumerate the many wonderful experiences Ive had there over the years. They know what theyre doing and they will go out of their way to help you out. As a customer, you feel like family.

Wonderful, and knowledgeable mechanics, especially with rarer vehicles. I went to a handful of mechanics who said they couldnt work on my Volvo. These guys did the work in just a few hours.

For a mechanic who has been in the business for 30 years and, so-say, serviced 100k+ cars, you think he would know how to properly diagnose a car, be thorough, and inform his customers of ALL of the problems before doing the work. We brought our car for A/C repairs, and although reasonably priced, he did not give a thorough diagnosis of all of the problems with our A/C, which by the way, is STILL NOT FIXED and we are now out $360.00 for work we were never informed about before he proceeded to fix without a phone call letting us know what the problem was....BOTH TIMES! Hes a crook. Do not trust him.

They tried to change a timing belt on a friends car and ended up leaving a giant dent in the front of her car, they failed to put the belt on correctly, then they also broke a the belt tensioner that was only about a month old. Somehow they also got motor oil in the transmission, so the car needed a transmission service. The car had to be in their shop 3 times, each time 4 or more days. They never answered their phones or returned calls. She had to call from friends phones for them to answer the calls for updates on when her car might be ready. They also refused to admit fault for the damage that they caused to the car. DO NOT let them try to work on your car!.
