Bought a car August 2nd and had a list of “we owe you” things and it is now almost November and I still haven’t been able to get my things done. My mirror about flew off two days after getting home while driving on the highway, I called and told the girl and she said it would be taken care of and now I’m being told it won’t be fixed because they didn’t know about it and it could’ve happened in a parking lot after I bought it, it hadn’t been anywhere besides my house since I bought it. Things not getting done was put on the sales girl so someone else took over taking care of me and apparently it wasn’t the girl we had, it’s looking like it’s everyone there not wanting to deal with doing what they agreed to do. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to figure anything out.I 100% will NEVER buy from here again or ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

Normally not thrilled with Rohrman. But the employee this time was exceptional. Courteous, knowledgeable, kept in communication with me. Etc
