We had just got struck by hurricane Ida and when we tried to escape from our callopesed home our car had 2 flats by the time we got to safety. This place was the least busiest as a choice and they helped tremendously. They didnt charge much at all and we got in and out and gave their prayers. Much respect and the best choice to get your tire repaired

Exceeded my expectations with their customer service and diligence. I had a screw in my tire for DAYS, because I had 2 different FireStone locations call and cancel my appointment with them because it overbooked and the website isnt caught up needless to say they both said they couldnt see me till the weekend...and they told me this on a Sunday. All while they knew I had a long drive ahead of me since Spring Break was that weekend and I was headed home then. NEEDLESS TO SAY my dad and I were both scrambling to find a place that could help me before Friday and that was when Doug came into the picture and saved the day!!!Not only did he work with me and got me an appointment before the weekend journey, but he also got me in and out of there IN 1 HOUR!While I didnt want to go straight to work after, it was such a blessing to have such a personal customer service experience and to know me (and my car) were definitely in good hands, since I far away from home for college.

This is from a friend of mine Marilyn Worthy. This is so no one has to go through the nightmare Im going through. please never go to Allied Tire on Evangeline Thrwy. They gave me my car back with only four of the five lug nuts holding the tire on to the rim . they scratched and dented both rims because they didn’t know how to use the key to unlock my rims to get the tires off. They also broke the key that is used to remove the tires, When I confronted them about it they did Nothing to fix their incompetence.

Very impressive for my first visit(ever since it changed from Allied Tire). I used to come here all the time to change my tires. Now I guess I can change oil and tires here since they take walk-in customers. They did a wonderful job with my oil change and CJ the manager handled everything well. Like I said, Ill be back in the future for oil and tire related issues. Peace.

5 star service. Great and Friendly Staff. Price for 4 tires was very reasonable. While replacing my tires they found an air pressure sensor broken, the replaced for no charge. My battery was dead in my key remote and to my surprise they replaced the batter for me again at no charge. That folks is a high level of customer service. I never post ratings, this is my 3rd in my life time and they sure deserve ever word of it.

I have been using this tire shop for years and I was afraid things would change with new ownership, but I am happy to report the customer service has remained. I pulled into The Tire Choice on Christmas Eve on my way back home to Dallas with a tire that was losing air fairly quickly. Chris Boudreaux and his amazing crew took care of me and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes! Not only did they take care of my tire quickly, they treated me like family from the second I walked in the door! Thankfully, I was able to make it home by dinner time.I have already told all of my family about this place as they drive through Lafayette at least once a month. If you need any help with your car, I highly recommend this place. They are first class.

These guys were awesome. My wife and I were road tripping and stopped for gas and noticed my tire was bulging and torn. They were closing at 530 and it was 520. I called and said I wouldn’t be able to get there in time but we still had 3 hours left to get home. They stayed open for me and were so kind and greeted us (after closing hours) with smiling faces. Excellent service when he could have easily said they were closing for the day. It was Friday night on top of all of this. I worked with Christopher, the store manager and Marcus. I highly recommend these guys!

There are several Tire Choice locations in Lafayette but I choose this one because of Chris Boudreaux! Chris is friendly, funny, and professional! Chris has obviously had great customer service training. The whole team takes care of you quickly and efficiently. They know I have a long commute and make sure I stay safe for my travels. Today Q quickly found a nail in my tire and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes! I have also bought many tires from them through the years and their prices can’t be beat. This morning on my way to work I caught a flat tire. I waited for the tire shop to open. They took care of me in under an hour. I go up to the register to pay and the man that either owned the place or was the manager tells me look ma’am this was what was in your tire. It was a small piece of metal. No bigger than a tack. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing take care of your beautiful daughter. I teared up. I have never had such great customer service. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to this place for years and have gotten fair treatment, or what I assumed was fair treatment. Recently my fiancé went to have her brakes checked on my Durango because of a rubbing sound from the front passenger wheel well when stopping. I was out of town for work and unable to go myself so she went. They told her all 4 sets need to be changed and I found that weird so I told her to get the parts they replaced. None of the pads in the back needed to be changed. Only 1 set needed changing, they charged me nearly 500$ to change all 4 sets even though only 1 set was a problem.

I’m traveling with my family from Texas to Alabama and had a flat tire while stopped in Lafayette. We stopped at the Tire Choice closest to us and they took great care of us!! We were in and out within 30 minutes!! Such nice people!

Update: I just got a call from the Assistant store manager who was very apologetic that my problem wasn’t fixed and he offered to do everything possible to help me get it resolved; including coming to pick up my vehicle (at no cost) so that I don’t have to take time off work again. That’s what customer service looks like. I felt conflicted leaving the previous review since I didn’t pay, but Chris thanked me for the review stating it’s an opportunity for learning and growth.Original Post: I went on Tuesday 1/21 to have a tire patched. I left work early and got to The Tire Choice hours before they closed, the man at the counter told me it would be a little while before they would finish my tire and I told him I didn’t mind waiting since I was already there. Two hours later they called me to the counter and told me there was no charge for repairing the tire. I thought they were showing their customer service skills for having me wait so long; turns out they didn’t charge me because they didn’t fix it. I STILL have a nail in my tire in the exact same spot and just had to put air in my tire. I understand they were busy when I got there, but if they didn’t have time to fix my tire they should have told me so I could have gone somewhere else. Now I’ll have to take time off work again to get my tire fixed since it wasn’t done the first time.

We were in town for business heading back to Texas when we started having front end trouble. We came here and Chris, Chris, and Willie could not have been more helpful. They were prompt and professional. They had us back on the road in a couple of hours. They worked with us on pricing and treated us like family. I would give 10 stars if i could. Thank you all so much.

Unbeknownst to me, my tire size is quite unusual. I drove to Lafayette from Chicago for the holidays where I noticed all 4 tires could use replacement and one had a cut. I had only 3 days before heading back to Chicago and no one in town had my tire size in stock. Jim at Allied was one of two tire shops who could get the tires in time. Allied was $40/tire less expensive than the other place. I dropped my car off the next day and within an hour they completed the work. Jim and the guys at this Allied location were courteous and extremely helpful. They were able to keep me from delaying my return back to Chicago. 10/10 would recommend!

The absolute BEST tire service company. I forgot my key lock (had to go home/20 minutes round trip) & made it back about 40 minutes to close and the guys (Billy & Chris Boudreaux) went ahead and took my vehicle (had 3 tires installed) even though it would run close to closing time. They absolutely ROCK at this location.

Im a college student in Lafayette and had to get a tire replaced on Christmas Eve to get back to my hometown for Christmas. Took my car in there ended up having to wait an hour over the specified time I was given. Did so without complaint. They repaired my tired which was flat again the next morning. Called to see what could be done and was told Id have to bring it back and wait 2 hours again... Wrong answer

They tried to rotate my tires without balancing them and when we brought it to their attention they said something along the lines of he forgot to put it on the work order slip. I know you never rotate without balancing front tires. My husband had to sit and watch them finish. This is a red alarm to me because if it hadnt been noticed by my husband, we wouldve gotten half completed work done. This is not a good way to run a shop! My husband was a mechanic in case the validity of this is a question. We will be taking our car elsewhere now.
