My experience and purchase from Mattress Firm was excellent. Barbara, the sleep expert, was very helpful, informative and lovely to work with. She helped me find the best solution for my needs. Purchasing bedding can be very confusing but Barbara was excellent at making it simple to figure out what suited my needs the best. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm, both for their quality merchandise and their wonderful personnel.

Had an amazing experience at this location. John was the worker who helped us out. As first time new mattress buyers, we were a little unsure of what in particular we wanted other than size and price range. He was able to find us the perfect mattress that gave great support while also being cushy. They were also having a sale at the time, and we were able to get an expensive mattress for half the price. Those savings really helped out. We were in and out very quickly. I definitely thought it was going to be a much longer process.

My salesperson was Pamela and she was awesome! I was extremely unsure of what I wanted! All I knew was I needed a mattress and a mattress foundation. Without being pressured to buy anything, she very thoroughly explained what my options were and told me about the discounts they were currently offering. I had never even seen an adjustable bed base…lol! Being indecisive even after becoming completely informed, I called back 2-3 times with questions and she even gave me her cell phone number. If, when I called, she wasn’t at that particular store, they got a message to Pamela and she always called me back right away! Unlike many other salespersons i interacted with, she completely “earned” my business! She was knowledgeable, informative, very friendly, understanding and very patient which all meant so much to me. They had me sleep on the floor for 2 days because they forgot to tell me they were doing construction on my scheduled pickup day. Poorly operated. The lady was nice about it tho. The best she could telling me I had no bed to sleep on for 2 days.

Patience is a virtue. Order our bed during the last week our (winter) weather. That put a short delay on delivery. Please understand our winter weather is typically measured in hours rather than days. The sweet nights sleep since delivery well worth the wait. Pam (sales) in the store, through delivery and set up was flawless. Quick, quite, polite setup, demonstration of controls. No residue trash/waste for us to clean up.

I went in to purchase a box spring July 3rd around 3pm. After I got it home, I realized it was way too high for my bed. My boyfriend and grandpa attempted to take it back to the store to return it AFTER I spoke with someone on the phone that told me we would be able to return it without the plastic on it. Mind you, it’s raining on and off the whole day. They loaded it back into the truck & covered it with tarps. After getting to the store they were told they couldn’t take it back even though I had only purchased it not even an hour ago. So they would rather them take it back & chance it being ruined from the rain because we didn’t have the plastic on it, but was told it could be picked up on Thursday from my house without the plastic. Literally made no sense. Will not be returning. Make your customers more aware of your policies before you have them answering the phones giving false information.

Mattress Firm truly has an ASSET in Barbara M Lindon!!! The minute I walked through the door she greeted me with great kindness. She immediately made me feel comfortable and explained that I needed to take my time to find a mattress that works for me. She has superb knowledge of the products and she was very patient with me. The manager John Lavarine took my call and was most cordial and informative. I then drove to the store where John seemed to know what i was looking for. After two almost oks, the third was the charm, a Sealy Briar Rose. he made me a good deal and arranges delivery & set-up 3 days hence. Very pleasant experience. What looked like just another cold corporate store turned out to be like a warm home town shop.

I ordered a Serta Willowbrook with a 9 inch boxspring california king in store on July 19th 2020. They told me it would be in August 6th 2020. On that day I called the store to see if it arrived. Nope. The reason was that the plastic melted onto the mattress so therefore it was damaged. The new arrival date is now September 16th 2020. That was yesterday cuz. Did the mattress finally come in? I guess not! So I cancelled my order completely to avoid waiting yet another week only to be disappointed. I do not recommend this store.

I had some issues dealing with the company for an online order. I went to the Ambassador Crossing store and Ms Kayla Daugherty was the biggest help ever. She took care of our online issues, made sure we got what we needed (upgrade 😁) and was beyond helpful and professional. I highly recommend seeing her if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

I bought a mattress from mattress firm a few months ago, and it wasn’t what I was exactly wanting. It was extremely firm. It was bad enough that I started seeing a chiropractor for my back. I had been debating whether or not to return it within the 120 policy, and I am so glad I did. The store associate made the policy right and helped me find the best bed for myself and husband. I agree with all of the positive reviews about the store staff. They are truly pleasant to do business with. Unfortunately, the company does not stand behind its warranty. I bought a mattress from them in 2014 and have been trying to get them to honor their warranty SINCE 2016 on a Simmons Beauty Rest Mattress. The salesperson will boast about the warranty offered on the mattresses that they sell. But be sure to read the WHAT IS EXCLUDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY portion of the tag that is attached to the mattress. An acceptable body impression is 1 1/2 before your warranty kicks in. Youll find that the warranty exclusions make the warranty pretty much useless! So dont spend the extra money thinking that youre going to get the service after the sale. Simmons writes the warranty guidelines, but when I called Mattress Firm to have them look at the mattress, they wanted to charge me for sending someone out to look at it. I offered to drop the mattress off at the store and they said they dont work that way and that I would have to pay to have someone come out and look at it.
