Sleep mattress is what technology should be. The process in which you find the bed for you is perfected. Rene was so educated in the product and the service was incredible. It’s a product worth buying.

Great service. Over the years, we had purchased several regular mattresses and we were constantly changing them out due to poor quality and or being uncomfortable. We finally tried a Sleep Number bed. Love that they are totally adjustable to each of us and can be changed according to your needs. We have had our Sleep Number for 15 years and loved it. Finally time for an upgrade. Looking forward to our new P5 sleep number bed being delivered!!

Nice place. Rene was very knowledgeable about every product. She was able to find the perfect bed to the point I made the purchase. She was able to give decent discounts id you were willing to get extras, like pillows and other items.Granted these beds are pretty pricey, but I wanted something that is going to last, unlike some of the other stuff sold in the discount furniture stores. So time will tell.

This was my first time going here. I was shown and demonstrated several beds to make my purchase. I was also shown all the accessories that went with it. I was also told and shown how to set it up on my phone to use. They spent over an hour with me. My sales rep was very knowledgeable about the different products.

The store is nice and the people selling the bed were pleasant. The reason for that, once you buy the bed the store has no interest in helping you. They tell you to call the toll free number for any problems with the bed.Calling the toll free number is painful. Customer service is poor and scheduling a service call will cost you money and only if you can get a service call scheduled.This is very disappointing, there are better beds for less money.

We have not received our mattress yet but the experience at the store was lovely. Denise was extremely helpful when it came to narrowing down our options. Fingers crossed that this will be the mattress we love! Thanks again Denise

My husband and I are just looking for a mattress when we went to sleep number in Lafayette Louisiana. The associate Denise was so knowledgeable and so friendly, and had such a great sense humor that we became friends. We really felt like she was looking out for us she gave us information about the deals that were going on and we could not pass it up. And when we had a complication with the size of the mattress when we got home she called corporate and have it fixed. And when they didn’t have the color sheets I want i we really felt like she was looking out for us she gave us information about the deals that were going on and we could not pass it up. In my world I think that it’s not the product that sells itself but the bonds and friendships that you make with the people that work there that make all the difference.

Diane and Matthew were extremely helpful. That answered all of our questions and were able to help us pick out a new bed.

Must pay $200 to set up and even if you dont like it, you pay another $200 to send it back.
