Recently moved to Lafayette to attend Purdue grad school. So needed to buy a mattress which would last and be enjoyed for many hard years. The Mattress Firm on Sagamore parkway was my first stop of three stores. Salesman Craig Allis was uniquely helpful in not only discussing modern mattress engineering but also in helping to separate gimmicks from genuine advancements in durability, temperature control, and support. He helped to find an extremely firm mattress which is my preference and, as it turns out, is very rare. In the end, he had the only mattress which proved to be 100% satisfactory of the many I had tried — the Simmons Beautyrest PressureSmart Lux. He beat the online Mattress Firm price and the price of the next best competitor. Thank you, Craig.

I was helped by Bill. He was extremely helpful and the perfect kind of salesman. He got my boyfriend and I to buy a king sized mattress and a frame. The sale was amazing and he even went out of his way to find us a coupon as well. Im extremely satisfied with my experience here and encourage any one else to shop here. My mattress will arrive in 3 days but I did get to take the frame home. Its already set up and ready to go, so far, so satisfied.

Very helpful and professional! Staff helped me locate the item I wanted with just a phone call, and confirmed the description and sales price. Terrible hump on mattress cant sleep on it. Dont buy. Wasting money. Then you have to go thru manufacturer for warranty for next 10 years. It hasnt been even a year. Worst investment we have ever made. If it dont last a year what good is a ten year. This mattress did not come cheap. But thats what we got.

Our salesperson Bill was the right amount of helpful. He asked what we were looking for and we said College and he immediately took us to their 8 or so reasonably priced mattresses designed to provide a good night’s sleep but not last for a decade, so you’re not pouring $ down the drain buying an expensive mattress that will get trashed before its lifespan ends. Bill knew the pros and cons of each mattress and was honest that the most expensive college mattress won’t supply a specific delivery date, which we needed. Mattress Firm has free delivery to your front door, which we indirectly paid for versus prices we saw at “take it with you” stores but worth it in our book since we were buying a bed bigger than a twin. Overall a good shopping experience.

Was very difficult using online system ... communication was not good. Had to change delivery date as the one requested was not accepted in the system and it generated a date 1 week earlier. When we Tried to change it got bounced from one department to another. Then the mattress was then delivered to another customer and it put our delivery back a month!! With pandemic factory behind. Ended up going to a store and dealing with a person not a computer! Justin was great! Ended up changing mattress and getting a new one delivered for next week..... hope it turns up 😜

We have had such incredible experiences at Mattress FIRM. Yes, that’s plural! A few years ago our home burnt down and we lost everything. Mattress FIRM was able to help us get twin beds, including the frames, for our kids under our budget! Thank you guys! You went way above board for me. You have my business forever!12-9-18 update. Just a little downer to add to the review. I wasnt going to even mention it because when I brought it to their attention they said it would be resolved.... Its been 3 months and absolutely no contact from them to resolve. The gentleman that brought the bed and frame came from Indy. They were running late which I knew because an automated call informed me. They were about 3 hours late and upon arrival sat in front of my house for at least 20 minutes before getting out of their truck. The one young man was nice and curtious while the other young man was mouthy and basically rude. I initially talked to both then gave up trying yo signage with the ruder one. They obviously had had a long day and the nicer one was trying to keep the other guy in check. The nicer guy did the majority of the work. I had already dismantled my bed and had the mattress ready to go so he hauled it out. While I was holding the door the other guy tossed a large box out that laid in the middle of the road. Then grumbled loud enough for me to hear him using language I wont repeat. The first guy tried to placate him but it really did no good. Then he proceeded to kick/push the mattress out the back of the truck. It got caught on something and hung so he proceeded to kick at it till it fell. All the while a neighbor had been waiting to pass got tired of waiting backed up and went around the block to get to their house. Mind you that box was still in the road. It turned out to be my adjustable base. The mattress was drug across the yard (thank God for heavy plastic) and into the house. As the base was being put together I noticed a break/tear in it and showed it to them. They said it was the problem of the story from which I bought it not their problem. I asked the guys to take a picture of it and was told their phones were in the van. So I took a picture of it. Now, I wasnt going to say anything at all just let it go but my son said the store needed to be made aware. So I stopped in. Told them what happened and gave them the pictures. Acording to them I would have a new base in 3 weeks. They confirmed my address and phone number and I left feeling better about the situation. So now its been 3 months and no word. Makes me Leary about purchasing from them again.

We went here on the memorial day weekend sale. We got a great deal on 2 full mattresses. The manager that appears to be about 19 had been working like 65 hours within just a few days was tired but still very polite. Bout a matress and base her. Was promised free pillows and brackets. Seams everything was backordered. Still havent gotten either of them after a few weeks now. Nice guys, delivery guys was great and very nice. Delivered when promised at time of promise. Although, price for the mattress and base are very pricey. Not sure if I would go back. I would search around better first.
