This bookstore has gone downhill since I first rented books there. They used to be friendly and helpful. There was a girl in customer service that has been there for years. She used to be the only person I dealt with because she was upbeat and happy and kind. The last couple of semesters she wasnt there. I guess she doesnt work there anymore. Its a shame, she was really good with the customers. Since she left, all I got from the employees is attitude. The attitude made me shop for my books and purchase them elsewhere.

I brought my daughter here to get books since she is a freshman in college. I went here the entire time I was in college and the level of customer service has always been remarkable. They are the friendliest, they are very knowledgeable and resourceful, always eager and willing to help, always has an alternative resolution, even today. The young lady who was there today was so sweet, we really appreciate your services and will always do business with you guys first. Thanks for serving all of our textbook needs to be ready and successful in the future.

Really good service and prices, but they are a little aggressive about spreading the word of their business. the owner (I think) just opened the door of a sorority house without asking or knocking and interrupted important business. I really like them and their service but please be more respectful!!

To begin, when I initially called I was not only looking for a textbook, but trying to solve a scavenger hunt that my professor sent me on. Mrs. Becky answered and she was happy to take the time to help me resolve this stressful-first year student-crisis. Mrs. Becky, and her crew, are not only devoted to their business, but also their customers. Mrs. Vicky prompted me to purchase to most financially-pleasing textbook that they had to offer. This is not just some random local bookstore looking to feed off the needs of college kids, this is a business rooted in aiding, helping and supplying kids with not only textbooks, but generosity. Again, this is not just a local bookstore, this business is a local treasure.

Excellent service. They help get the book you need. Has flexible work hours, so the client can go almost at any time. Big parking space.

Get your books half off the price brand new, just return them at the end of the semester. It is quick and easy. They even have a drive though service on the busiest days just check the calendar for hours.

Awesome guys! They saved me over 400 bucks! I was worried about not having any money before my grant came in, BUT THEY DO DEFERRED PAYMENTS! They even helped me create an account and find my books. She even helped me by having me talk to my professor before getting a book. She lost out on 100 bucks just to help me. Ill never go anywhere else! Thank yall so much for helping my wife and I get books, and also for helping our family.

Dont be intimidated by the ugly building. Good customer service, easy to use system and seem to have a very wide variety of texts.

I was not happy with the customer service over the phone. When I called for help to get information about a particular book, one of the workers had an attitude and told me to just come by. She didnt even try to look up the information. If you cant help me over the phone, why would I go to the store? No thanks.

Ive rented textbooks from here quite a few times. Usually their prices are a little cheaper compared to the university bookstore for the books that cant be rented. The price to rent textbooks is ridiculous, unless you can find it online and it is a book not specific to the university. For the past few semesters most of the textbooks Ive needed are in binders, so I have to purchase them. There are always a ton of people in line at the beginning and end of the semester (to be expected) but they have a bunch of staff. Today, when I arrived to drop off my textbook, there were about 30 people in front of me. I waited maybe 10 minutes, not long at all! Ive never had any problems with them. They also let you return books if you drop a class, among a couple other things, which is nice.

Ive rented a few books from here. They are decently priced, but now I find it cheaper to rent from Amazon or Barnes and Noble.

This place is hoppin, they have all the books you need.
