Tint had bubles and cuts. Confirmed by the other employee there. Went back to get it fixed. Lady tells me I gotta make another appointment which was 2 weeks down the road and on a Saturday morning and they only open a few hours on Saturday. Inconvenient much? Super bad business making people wait and wait for something YOU, not me, did wrong. They also told me a price for them to install a radio. Installed it and after they installed it they told.me, oh btw the fm radio wont work cause we have to order some part and that part is free cause I already paid something like 250$. So they said just come in on certain day and we will do it, it takes 15min. So I bring it in for tint and radio, they wanted 40 more bucks to install this part and also as I said earlier they expected me to come back in 2 more week.What they shoulda did was they should have told me about this part BEFORE they charge me for the install so I can make my own decision rather than forcing me to ride around with a non working radio. Who wants to ride around with no radio working for 2 weeks? Well apparently they do! Plus this tactic was appaaretly some method to get me to pay 40$ more cause Im now forced to ride Ina car with no working radio! See how they did me? So basically I got a radio in my car that dont work and tint that got bubbles and cuts in it. I though hard bout this, my friends also, and so I decide they arent trustworthy doin what they did that to me. On the real! My advice is Dont go there. They will probably pull a fast one on you as well. Let me point out also I paid for this special ceramic tint but I see or feel no difference and noone seems to have a device that can test if I got this ceramic tint..again. Im not going back. 800$ down the drain.

Awesome work on the installation of my aftermarket stereo system!! Very professional and very clean job! Look like it was done from the factory. My system sounds great!! Shane was really good at showing me how to operate my pioneer receiver. He was in no rush and took his time in explaining certain things to me. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone for car stereo installation.

I am from Alexandria. Had some issues from an install on speakers and amp from a company here. Was cutting out and distortion. They failed to fix the problem. Tried someone else and still felt I was getting screwed. I looked and liked the reviews of Lafayette custom automotive, decided to try. A+ service. Shane was very informative and knowledgeable explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. When work was completed went over everything with me again. Very satisfied. Did not rush job just to get money. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Even had one guy who offered to pick me up something When he went to lunch. Would recommend these guys to anyone who asks. I will be back if and when I decide to do more.

Shane and his crew took their time over a period of days to research his vendors and figured out the best way to add a backup camera into my 2017 Nissan Titans factory radio. The other guys I called around town just gave me round about quotes over the phone without even asking me what I drove. Will be a repeat customer, no doubt.
