A few clothing items i ordered from Morgan Claire were cute and i had no problems. I ordered a $65 shoulder pack and didnt use it right away. A couple weeks later i went on a trip, the bag broke the moment i placed it on. I emailed the team about the bag being faulty. They refused to even ask for pictures and simply stated, it was past the return period. I tried to explain i had not used it until now. I got nothing! Poor customer service and bad quality. Thus i will not spend any more money with Morgan Claire.

Absolutely over priced and the workers are rude! go in there to find a homecoming suit for court and it takes me to walk to the back of the store for them to say hi. Then gets mad when i tell them the truth about what i like and what i don’t like. Oh don’t forget that when me and my mother leave NO byes where said they just talked about random stuff and watched us walk out. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The sale assistants are amazing with style and very helpful in assisting customers with options and sizes. They truly care about their customers and I will buy from Morgan Claire again and again. This store is one of my absolute favorites to shop at in Lafayette, you won’t want to miss it!!!

Love this store!!! i personally have worked here for almost a year, and there’s no other boss or coworkers I’d want to work for/with!!! the clothes cater to a variety of different styles, sizes, and even ages. No matter how “old” you may think you are, Morgan Claire has an outfit appropriate for you and your occasion! Mrs. Monique’s (owner) goal is to make you feel as comfortable and welcomed as possible when you walk in, as if your stepping into your own closet with dozens of clothes/accessories to chose from! we would love for you to come see us at both locations, and soon a third (nola whoop whoop)!💗

Homecoming with a young lady, was hands down very overwhelming compared to our sons experience. We were very limited on time and days for shopping for multiple dresses. She had a vision on what she wanted and Morgan Claire’s was the only store that could deliver. Both locations in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, went above and beyond for Kiahs special dayBoth her Homecoming suit and Day dress fit perfectly and was almost made for her. We love and appreciate all the help, and 5 stars ⭐️ is not ever going to be enough in our hearts❤️

This store is the Chick-Fil-A of boutiques. Mrs. Monique and Morgan are amazing and the staff is always eager to go out of their way to help you. They always greet you with a smile and bend over backwards to make you happy!

We were was told that dress could be held while we were coming from another morgan claire store 2 hours away, when we got into the store we watched the dress being sold to a customer, while upset they made it clear that we were to late and didnt think we were coming. If you are looking for a good explainable company that can do what they say and mean it then this is not your place to shop;)

By far one of the best boutiques i have been in. The staff is incredible and will do anything their customer needs!
