Shay- was so efficient and easy to work with. I actually had to run out due to work and she continued to assist me over the phone. The whole staff on shift were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Was very impressed with the customer service. Lynette explained to me that although my insurance wasnt able to be used at this time, Eye Wear Express offered the buy 2 pair for $80. I assumed this was for the frames only but she explained it was frames and progressive lens i needed. Instead of having to wait to fill my new prescription i was able to get this same day!

The Customers service representative went out of her way to help me pick a frame. She seemed a little impatient in the beginning. My only complaint is that my glasses did not have a tiny as I requested and I wanted to get a second pair of sunglasses but she kept saying my insurance only allowed one pair. I tried to explain I could pay for the second pair but I could see it was fruitless so Ill go back another day. My glasses(single vision) fit perfectly and were ready in less than 30 minutes. Awesome!!!!!

Recently had an emergency and needed glasses quick. Brought my prescription from another office to Eyewear Express. Kimmi D was my consultant and she was incredible helpful, offered some great suggestions, and made me feel like we were just friends shopping for cute glasses. They have tons of options, in a variety of prices, and always have either a sale or a promotion. I left with two cute pairs of glasses, with quality lenses for a great price. After I got my glasses, I had some issues with my prescription not being correct (not EEs fault!) and my fit not being exactly right. I went back once to fix my glasses, and once to get a different prescription from their independent optometrist. They fixed all of my issues free of charge, with a really helpful and cheerful disposition. I will absolutely be going back, and will try to see Miss Kimmi everytime!

I had a bad experience at Vision Works in the Mall of Acadiana (the doctor was awesome) the eye tech was horrible. I brought my prescription to Eyewear Express in Lafayette Louisiana and those eye techs are awesome. Lynette was amazing and I got two pairs of glasses for less that one would have cost me at the other place. My single vision eye glasses were ready in 16 minutes. Fantastic! I will go there again and will recommend them to all my friend. Thank you Lynette and Shay, professionalisms at its best!

Eyewear Express is the part of the store where you actually get your glasses. They do not give the eye exam. I distinguish the 2 because my experience with the eye exam was unprofessional in my opinion. My experience with Eyewear Express was pleasant and professional. I love my glasses and I would recommend this location to anyone.

They are a well run store with great selection and great staff. 2 pairs of nice progressive lenses with 1 pair claiming to have blue light protection cost about $250. Skip it; its not.You can get your glasses in one hour. Mine were ready in 27 minutes!

They were very helpful and kind...I called before going in my father was dieing and I basically had less then 24 hours to get get on the road to say my goodbyes like I said I called them gave them my insurance info they called me back let me know what it covered and what I had to pay I was told there was no appts. but could come as a walk in and I did exactly that and was late in the day that I finally got in there I got contacts and glasses and the girl who helped me with my glasses explain to the guys in the back the desperate need for my glasses and they had them ready before they closed which was amazing since they were closing in a hour...like I said they made this a priority and help me get on the road sooner rather then later I made it just in time to say my goodbyes...thank you for being so compassionate to my situation...

I was in there on 3/14/19. The staff is out of this world great. They were very busy and working with several people at a time and still patient and kind. They never seemed frazzled or rushed. Not very many places you see this kind of service anymore. They were great.... Especially when I could not make up my mind.

The two techs that helped me Friday when I was in an emergency situation after my glasses got flushed down the toilet were amazing. They help me find frames that fit my face Im going above and beyond since I couldnt see anyting. My glasses were ready by just after noon the next day.

The service here was fantastic. We were expecting to wait at least an hour, so we went across the a shopping center. Within 10 minutes of being in a store we received a text letting us know my daughters 1st pair was already finished. A few minutes later the 2nd pair was ready.
