One of my jewels fell off. Only wore this ring 5 times, for special events. With how expensive it was, nothing should fall off!

I called Kays in July of 2020 because Covid hours have affected all the stores in the mall and I had left a repair at Zales since march and couldnt ever get anyone to answer the phone at Zales to see if they were open and had made numerous 30 minute trips to the mall and they were always closed. Kristen went above and beyond the call of duty to walk down to Zales and call me back with their store hours. Being in jewelry sales most my life I found this very impressive and I definitely know she rocks with customer service!!!
