Twice in less than a year, my husband has had to bring my wedding set in due to missing diamonds. The consultant had a hard time pulling up his account when he has purchased multiple jewelry pieces from Zales. The jewelry is cheaply made and my husband and I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from here. Its an inconvenience to bring and pick up several times a year when the diamonds are missing.

I must say picking out wedding band were a good experience and getting them were a different story!! The manager was not nice or welcoming but made me feel like i was bugging him!! Rude and sloww

I had a ring that needed to be resized. The ring had been resized when first purchased. They sent it off to be resized only to come back with a hole in the side of the band section. Had them send back to fix. Came back and ring still had visible damage. Requested same ring. They no long make my ring. Requested to keep my ring and get a store credit for a new ring (knew that was a far fetch, but Im emotionally attached to my ring) opened a case through customer service, ended case with that I would be able to go in and trade my ring in for the full value of my ring. Went to look into this option and was made feel like I was on a used car lot. The manager Jennifer sitting in her office while her employee has to walk back and forth the relay information. And was told they could not do the value of the ring. Clearly Jennifer doesnt care about customers who have spent their hard earn money in her store. She could of easily came out and helped us through this issue, as she was the one who delt with the customer service on this case. Im out of luck getting my money back and stuck with a ring company who I no longer trust my beloved jewelry with. Zales has a horrible reputation with damaged jewelry and they could have their managers step up and make some of these issues right. I would not recommend anyone buying anything of value from them.
After arriving at the mall to buy a ring at Kays and them still being closed at 11 when they were suppose to open at 10 we came to Zales. Glad we came found the ring we wanted and it went quickly with great customer service. The prices were a lot better and we were treated with some much respect. This place ROCKS
I loved every moment! i had no idea what i wanted and Ash i believe was her name nailed it. i was all over she helped put my ideas into reality ❤ VER PLEASED and will be going back in the future
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ONLINE HOURS YOU ARENT OPEN and Ive wasted gas 5x driving over there. Unfortunately there is no communication via email during Covid for repair pick ups. I got one phone call to pick up and then they reclosed. Its funny how both Zales and Kays in another state halfway across the country emailed me of what was going on and the Louisiana location where my jewelry is hasnt bothered to. I commend the managers in NH Tilton Tanger outlets at both stores for maintaining customer communication! I wish I was still up there! Other than no communication to update worried customers about jewelry thats closed up and locked in the store for God knows how long the customer service is excellent in person.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I have never in my life been treated so bad. I’m a good person with a heart of humbleness and to be treated like I was less than was awful. Went to get my ring cleaned and stones checked like always and was told all sorts of things. Is it due for inspection, it has to cost over $200 and when I said it was purchased here and has insurance on it she then told me well you need to bring in the paperwork for that. Wow

If I could rate Zales a negative number, I would. I have absolutely nothing pleasant to say about them. Id literally need a lot of time and space to write everything I experienced with Zales. Just take my advice.... Stay far away.
