Vision Center Review- I have always gotten majority of my glasses from Walmart as they offer reasonable prices & have some of the best sunglasses around. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this location & the staff was amazing! I love my glasses & sunglasses. Will definitely be back again!

This, to me, has become a problem. I shop here regularly and as of lately more people are going into this store with dogs that are NOT service dogs. I have nothing against dogs, but I DO NOT eat with, sleep with, or own a dog, and therefore, I should NOT have to shop along side one either......THAT IS JUST NASTY!!! Just because you love your dog, doesnt mean I do, and besides, I dont know where your dog been. I have to put groceries in that basket, and I have to buy food that youre touching all over.... do you think thats fair to those of us who dont own dogs? Its already bad enough that we have to shop along side of people who DONT like to wear masks to help slow the spread of COVID, but now we have to deal with dogs in stores too!!!!!

The fact that there were no shopping carts for handicapped and I was with someone with two broken legs after use the wheelchair it wasnt pleasant then every employee that was stocking shelves cutting you off like youre not helping paid their salary rather than letting you have a pleasant shopping experience really I would not give you a good rating for anything unless you learn how to manage the store and tell your employees how rude it is to cut Shoppers off we are keeping the store open thank you

Why is it that I call this store ask about my online order but No one answers the phone there, only pharmacy.. I can never get help or get through to someone there ask about my items or concern they pick up and hang up. Horrible an am en ex employee never had issue calling a Walmart store till now ! 3days stright calling about a question cant get no one ! When I get there your employees are all playing on phones or walking around and just other who dont even want work much less help dislike this Walmart!

Hedi is extremely rude. And horribly unprofessional. I have been going there for years. Never had a bad experience. However Hedi in pharmacy should not be in a professional environment as her attitude and tone is repulsive and cold.because of this im taking my business elsewhere. Just bad all around. She should not have a job in health care.

Slowest checkout lines I’ve ever experienced. 2 registers open at all times. Self checkout machines don’t accept cash. Out of stock of most items. Terrible even by Walmart standards

Handicapped Buggies they dont have enough,Evwrytime I go many are broken. I am a Amputee and need one to shop. Otherwise who doesnt like Wally World. Get more buggies available to Handicapped Shoppers.

I order for store pick-up on my order due to covid and all those people who refuse to wear a mask. I love how fast the pick-up is. The customer service is friendly and they smiles and was so polite. Thanks for choosing they people who cars about what they do.

This has become the new normal at the Money Center in this WalMart. I’ve been coming here every two weeks for many years. So much so that I knew Ms Bonita, Ms. Juanita, and Ms Jo who no longer works here. The other two are still employed and we’re excellent at working the Money Center. They would get customers in and out quickly, and treated everyone with the utmost respect. Unfortunately, due to changes, the BEST people for the Money Center no longer work during PEAK hours. Walmart’s new policies must have Sam Walton flipping in his grave. Because it is no longer about the customer at Walmart and it’s not about dedicated employees, who’ve given many years of GOOD OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now it’s about the associate is always right and if they have a phone call or text, well the customer should wait. OMG I have not been inside of a Walmart to shop in years, I think I will stick with our locally owned businesses. And do everything at the bank. I used the money center because it was quicker, but that isn’t so anymore. Didn’t want to put the associate on her cell and visiting with a customer who was not even in line for services here.

Decent Walmart, but like every Walmart they could have a few more cashiers working... Self checkout is usually linger lines than the 2-3 regular checkout lines.. Oh and thank god they finally removed those entrance gates! I used to avoid this Walmart just for those gates...

Walmart is a great store but I would suggest a few more employee on the floor

Shopping experience is always very good. But recently, my car was damaged in their parking lot while I was shopping. The staff refused to check the security cameras to find who hit my car and the police didnt care much either. Thus, shopping experience is good but if something happen to you or your property there while shopping, you are on your own. No one will care to help you unless it is for something directly related to shopping.

Nobody can drive in the Walmart parking lot, too many bad drivers at this place, I didnt even go in since I already know this walmart is awful.

Cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired, shelves obviously hadnt been stocked in awhile.

Curbside delivery is a joke. The lady who answered the phone was screaming at someone and I couldnt tell who she was talking to so I waited, then she was rude when I explained why I wasnt talking. I guess she got her revenge because it took 40 minutes to get my product out to me. The only redeeming part of my visit is they managed to get the right order in my car.

This store is not kept up. When you need a worker theyThey are nowhere around. The carts for the ♿ are always broken or not charged. The manager needs to get a better handle on things.

If youre looking for school uniforms, dont waste your time with Walmart. Apparently, they arent ordering any more uniforms & if their extremely limited supply doesnt provide what you need, your only option is ordering online. I can only speak for my family, but it seems to me you should be able to try on clothing before purchasing... especially school-aged children/teens who have had growth spurts over the summer! Instead of being forced to shop online, I went to JC Penny. I REFUSE to be told HOW I have to shop by Walmart! Going forward, I plan to spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. In fact, I will spend an entire day, driving around town, shopping at other stores instead of going to Walmart!!!

Its a large clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. They dont have much in the way of shampoos. They have a large parking lot with handicap parking spots.

I am worried about Walmarts images. The new transition is changing my perception of the Walmart I grew up with. The integrity of providing services to the community is slowly dwindling away. The quality of items are no longer a factor. The sense of the community receiving good items with less value. For instance I wanted to purchase some eggs the box read great a large eggs when I open the carton the eggs were small. I checked others and there wasnt a large egg or reasonable item to be found. The prices were misleading. I am really disappointed in Walmart on Pinhook Road. I hope the rest of them are not transitioning too.

Walmart claims to be on a coin shortage and stated she could round it out to give me a dollar but called management to give me 71 cent worth of pennies. I took them but I was going to spend them back in there they werent going to take and keep them saying they dont give change back no more and willing to keep it in the register. No WALMART I AN NOT DONATIONING MY CHANGE.

Curb-side pickup is often poor at this location. The waits can be long. They often put incorrect items in my trunk. Once I had probably $70 of meat that I did not order. (I drove back to the store to return it.) They don’t answer the phone number posted on the sign, and the voicemail is always full. I wonder what the point is of checking in from home then again upon arrival if customers still have to wait for an employee to amble out and ask everyone our names before eventually delivering the goods. I have called and written to customer service, but it does not get better. I suppose I should try Super One.

To pick up some undeliverable ítems according to Walmart delivery protocol. EVER Sincé Walmart Raider wages it has attracted and retained a better Workforce however there Is Still much to be done. Walmart needs to end its delivery outsourcing and spearhead the service directly. Via outsourcing accountability issues and loss issues have become serious problems and without greater accountability from its Workforce the delivery service provided by Walmart outsourcing Will Not acconplish its MISSION.

Great shopping business establishment...its Walmart. Whats not to like? Great friendly customer service. Clean store. Prices are reasonable & consistent with other stores that sell similar products. Ease of getting in/ out the door way. Plenty of close up parking space

The self checkout was set on card only,had to cancel entire transaction because I was paying 2 ways instead of printing receipt out for me to go to cashier to pay the rest with cash. It was aggravating to have to take everything out the bags and have the cashier to rescan. I had 2 full overflowing baskets of groceries!! Then somehow my cash amount from what the self checkout and cashier were different. As a matter of fact Im going see why right now. Many times I have been double charged for 1 item. I find things on the Clearance isle and an item is marked down,but scans full price or the cashier says thats not the right price on the item and scans it for the regular price then doesnt ask of I want it for that price. If an item has a sticker price I should pay that price not reg. price. Its NOT my fault some employee marked it down wrong or put the sticker on the wrong product. To top everything off you get at Walmart 15 or 20 mins before closing someone is standing at the door saying were closed. Last time I remember you stop letting people in 10 mins before. So then you have to ride 40 mins to go get your child fever meds just because the workers are NOT following Company policies and want to get home sooner. Or they only have 1 register open and its soon to closing time and theres 20 or more people in line with full grocery baskets. Ive even been there and No baskets for anyone to shop. Parking lot is full 9f them and the cart attendant is outside walking around doing nothing. Another time I went because there was a tablet on sale,I scan another one and it says $13 and 1 in stock ! So I ask the cashier if she can get it for me,she scans the tag on the shelf says Im not selling that for $13 to you then goes on saying its proba n ly being returned to the manufacturer. Walks away and goes to her register. So I go to customer service ask to speak to the manager and the girl there asks where he is to another worker. She says in a meeting with the big man and a few other employees hear I want the manager and they all start running around.. A different employee asks if I can help so I tell her whats going on, she tells me to go ask about it again and ask her to go look for it in the back . I do that after having to stand in a line again and she says no . So I go back to the front tell the employee what she said and she said she will go talk to the girl in eletronics. She comes back says she told her its probably not back there and shed go look but thats not her department Sorry. Ok,now Im really mad! I check out and get into the parking lot then decide just to look at the inventory and see if it was still available. NOT available anymore at the store!! Whys that? I have a gut feeling that the cashier bought it the minute I left from the store!! Not acceptable at ALL..

They need new management - especially in the meat department. Maybe theyre not paying their employees enough because they dont show gumption and they arent friendly.

Dont try to buy razors, no one will open the case for you. Even after calling corporate. And no one answers the store phone when called. Oh and there is a big sign saying masks requires, but no one in the store was wearing a mask except for a few employees. And they werent wearing it correctly. Oh and check out lines are 7 deep, and they refuse to open more lanes.

Takes forever to checkout and some of the workers are fast to show how unprofessional they are. Stopped shopping there for that reason.

I appreciate that the employees are so nice and helpful. The store is clean. My only complaint is that the shelves are not stocked very well - maybe because of the virus? I dont know, but I still enjoy shopping there.

There are almost no cashiers so expect to wait in long lines. This store is your typical Walmart super centre. The staff is really friendly and helpful and everyone on staff seems to be running around in a 1000 directions. Theres a big parking lot and usually its always crowded.

Its a walmart. They had many items in stock.Somebody should probably tell the deli clerk rare roast beef is supposed to be red, and that is normal.Furniture and bedding is organized a bit oddly.But the did have a good selection of fresh food, which is sort of rare for a walmart.

I absolutely love shopping at walmart and I go very often BUT I cant stand how they are trying to force us to only do the self checkout option. Literally they have absolutely no other checkouts open except for maybe ONE VERY disappointed with the decline of walmart

Was able to get a lot of items for black Friday. There was plenty of items available and a lot of police was present. There were no long lines, social distance was happening and not pushing or shoving and most of all no fights. Good experience.

I will never shop Walmart or Sams club again after the experience I had here. 20 different employees ranging from corporate call center customer care to store level associates and tech support and the GM of the store were unable to fix my issue, an issue caused by an employee. I was overcharged by 200 dollars and nobody could figure out how to give my money back to me. Never, ever, ever again will I knowingly shop a Walton family business.

Service was terrible. Store clerks were not very helpful. There is no sense of urgency from staff members to provide help to customers. More than likely I will not visit this location in the future.

A well kept, well stocked walmart. Plenty of room in the aisles, and even though they were busy, it didnt take long at all to checkout. If youre in the area its a good place to shop. Bathrooms were reasonably clean also.

Found mostly everything I went for. The only thing I can complain about is that there were not enough registers open especially on a Friday afternoon. All the self registers were open. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.

Very large walmart. For it to be such a big walmart, there was no line at the money center on a Sunday which was very convenient. Very nice helpful staff but not enough on the registers, as it is now expected for most stores in the country.

All I know is Wal Mart used to handle everything inside the store. Now if you want results and great customer service, DIAL 1800WALMART. I DONT KNOW WHAT ROCK DID THEY CRAWL FROM UNDER AND HOW FAR FROM THE SUN, ID SAY THE 3RD ONE FROM THE SUN!!!!!
