My experience was truly amazing. Doc made me feel comfortable through this process, and the offices customer service was second to none.

Dr. Elizabeth LeMaire was wonderful. Very warm and friendly and took a lot of time in explaining the ins and outs of a Cochlear implant.

I cannot recommend ACI enough. Their caring and professional staff made me feel safe and comfortable during a particularly scary episode of dizziness. They worked diligently to diagnose & treat my issues, and checked back to ensure I was recovering. I suggest young and old give them a try. You wont be sorry. I know Im happy to be a patient.

My wife and daughter have been “suggesting” I needed hearing help for some time. When I realized I was having trouble hearing my granddaughter I figured it was indeed time. After a bit of research I chose ACI hearing and so far they’ve been great. The exam was thorough and I appreciated the options available. We were sent here by my son’s pediatrician to get his ears checked because of a slight speech delay (he is two). The doctor acted as though she had never worked with children before. It was an awful experience for us. She didn’t try to get him to warm up to her. She just jumped right in there trying to shove things in his ear. Obviously, it didn’t go over well. She had us hold him down, said he needed to be quiet, then told us her recommendation is to go get tubes and come back. She made this recommendation based on 3 tests that she couldn’t even get an accurate reading on. Needless to say, we will not be returning and have already brought our business elsewhere... to someone who is better equipped at handling scared children.I have known people who come here and love it, but if you need someone for small children I would look elsewhere.

I am a retired Professor of Audiology. I taught potential Doctor of Audiology candidates for over 20 years. I underwent a full evaluation for audio-vestibular problems recently and found the Audiologists at ACI to be practicing the gold standards of practicing Audiologists. Exceptionally professional and empathetic. I am pleased for the profession of Audiology has such competent and caring people providing services to the people of Acadiana.

This was my first visit to ACI. The experience was well above my expectations. I am retired USMC and my experience is that the VA doesnt always select the best. I am proud to say that this time I was wrong. ACI exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and took the time to explain everything so that I would understand.I would highly recommend this facility to all future customers.

My husband and I were both examined by Dr. Allred and the experience was great! We were also given a cognitive test to create a baseline for us. It was a great experience overall.

I was worried about going for a hearing test. The Dr was very friendly and helpful. Her office staff was also friendly. Definitely recommend this office.

I got an appointment quickly, and everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Dr Lemaire made the process easy. She showed me exactly what my hearing problem was, and recommended a treatment which has worked quite well after less than a week. I quite pleased with the service and attention I was given.

This was our first time seeing any of the doctors at this facility and it was definitely a pleasant experience! My son needed some extra, more in depth hearing tests done and the doctor that took care of him during all that was extremely nice & was actually able to get my son to talk to her without it being an answer to a question....thats a major plus!!!!

I was very pleased with the personal care I got from ACI Hearing & Balance! Dr. LeMaire was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping my specific problem and the best hearing aid for me. She was not pushy and very understanding. I felt comfortable with the whole staff and everyone is very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

They did a hearing test on my 19 month old. The waiting area is comfortable and has toys for kids and coffee for adults. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and the Dr is honest and very good with kids. She was very reassuring and if she couldnt answer my questions she told who did do I could go to the right source! Going again for a repeat and glad I will be going to them!

ACIs got the latest in hearing aid technology and the staff to apply the fit for purpose hearing aid. They listen to my needs and together we make decisions about my needs. My elderly mother needed new hearing aids. The staff at ACI is wonderful. They are very informative and helpful. We learned a lot about hearing aids from them. This is moms 4th pair of hearing aids but the first pair we purchased through ACI. By far, ACI has been the best experience. Dr. Elizabeth Lemaire is fantastic! They have a customer for life.

This was my first time to have my hearing tested. My audiologist, Ashlyn was very profession and fitted me with hering aids on my first visit. I wewnt back 2 weeks later and told her about my difficulty heaaring thetv. She provided me with a blue tooth device that solved the problem.
