First time here and really impressed! I saw Dr. Ryan and he explained everything clearly and at a level I could understand. He was honest and upbeat and didnt try to force me into anything, which I really appreciated. He seemed like he really cared and wanted to help me and get my hearing situated.The front desk was manned by Kim and she was super friendly. Got through the paperwork quickly and explained everything and got my followup appointment set up. Everything was super easy and quick.

Originally reached out to Dr. Judy because the audiologist I was recommended stopped communicating with me. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences since! Her staff at every location is amazing and always welcoming. And Dr. Judy herself is awesome!

After a less than helpful visit to another facility a couple years back, I researched audiologists in Lafayette. I’m happy to say the rating for Hearing Solutions was accurate! Dr. Olson walked me through every step of the process, did a hearing test and got me fitted with a hearing aid all in the same visit! I cannot recommend her enough!

They were very nice and very professional. Dr. Leahy was more than understanding and explained my hearing loss better than my past experiences at hearing clinics. Bonus: they talked loud enough to be understood but not obnoxiously loud like other places. 10/10 would go back.

I was blown away! I’ve worn hearing aids since I was 4 years old, so I’m pretty set in my ways of what I want hearing aid-wise since I’ve been wearing them the majority of my life and I know what they’re like (I’m in my late 20’s now). I came in nervous because I knew I needed new hearing aids desperately but was used to my old ones and was comfortable with them; afraid of change. Dr. Leahy was so supportive and attentive in what my needs and wants were in how to best adhere to my hearing loss and my comfort in the hearing aids I tried. He even offered to clean my current hearing aids and replace the tubing. I was so happy and trying the new hearing aid I decided for a trial period gave me so much hope for what will help me in the long run. My job is solely communication-based, and I’m confident that I finally found a step in the right direction to help me hear better. Thank you so much Dr. Leahy!

The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Ryan Leahy and he was great! He explained everything to make sure I understood completely and he was patient when teaching me how to put the hearing aid in. Hes also easy to talk to, which made things easier as well. I would definitely recommend Hearing Solutions to friends and family that are having hearing trouble.

I really liked Dr Ryan. He was so helpful in showing me how to use the hearing aide and all of the features. Dr Ryan also showed me how totals are of the hearing aides. The office is. Dry lean and the paintings are beautiful.

I suffer from Tinnitus. They did a thorough examination, informed me of why the Tinnitus was happening and recommended I see an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist. Best of all, they didnt charge a thing. Great folks.

I went to Hearing Solutions to inquire about get some custom hearing protection (i.e. earplugs) made. I was greeted by two ladies in the office, who were very friendly and informative. I was promptly introduced to Dr. Olson, who took me back and explained the completely painless procedure of making the molds for my earplugs.It took about 20 minutes max to make them plus Dr. Olson gave me a free hearing test just to see where my hearing was at. The test was quick and absolutely free and I didnt expect that at all. I will get my earplugs in about three weeks. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Judy Olson provided my initial hearing test and prescribed, fitted and tuned my hearing aids. I recently got a call from their office for a follow-up visit to check that the hearing aids were still working properly. While there, she also checked and cleaned the hearing aids and fitted them with new cushions. She indicated that they do this regularly. This is a great follow-up service she provides. I highly recommend Hearing Solutions of Indiana and Dr. Judy Olson for your hearing needs.After 3 years it was time to decide if I wanted to upgrade or get a service contract for my old hearing aids. My old hearing aids were sent in to be remanufactured (brought up to standards). While they were away Dr Judy provided loaner hearing aids with new technology. She clearly discussed my options of keeping my old hearing aids on a yearly contract or upgrading to new technology. The loaner hearing aids convinced me to upgrade. Hearing Solutions offered 12 months payment plan with no interest. I walked out with new hearing aids. Their care and service is superior. Thank you Dr Judy and staff.

I would absolutely recommend them over any of the box store type hearing aids. I love going to an audiologist for my ears. Why wouldn’t you go to a doctor for you’re ears?!

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Olsen and Paige (her right hand woman) are phenomenal. The office is very comfortable and Dr. Olsen is definitely on your side trying to help you find the right solution for your hearing needs. Dont take my word for it just schedule today and you wont believe what you have been missing when it comes to your hearing and the care it requires.If after an evaluation it is determined you could benefit from hearing aids I would suggest taking them for a test drive. I did this and was convinced by my wife and daughter that hearing aids would improve family harmony.I chose hearing solutions over quite a few options out there because I was presented with all options and in the end I chose the hearing aids that are right for my situation. Dr. Olson only offered options and advice based on my need and my lifestyle.I have been wearing my hearing aids purchased from HSI for quite a while now and have not missed a day wearing them. Everyone says I talk at a more normal volume level but no one has noticed them behind my ear.I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Olson and HSI for everyone who has an interest in better hearing.

I was referred to Dr Judy by a friend who highly recommended her.I found that Dr Judy and the staff, that I dealt with, were very helpful, polite and professional.I’m in my 60s and this was my first visit for checking my hearing and to explore if I had the need for hearing aids. The hearing test showed that I have very minor hearing loss. Dr Judy allowed me to try out a demo pair for a week to see if I thought they would make a noticeable difference. I could tell a difference in crispness of conversations. At this point, however, I didn’t feel that the difference was noticeable enough to justify spending the money to purchase hearing aids. The demo set was the Oticon Opn S1. These are very comfortable, have many great features and are not noticeable unless youreally look hard. I will revisit Dr Judys office annually for rechecks. I’m confident that when the time comes that my hearing loss gets more severe and I need hearing aids, I will call on Dr Judy and I will most likely purchase the Oticon’s. Once again I really like Dr Judy and her staff, Great personalities!

My newborn baby needed a hearing test, even tho we weren’t sent to the right place for it, she did what she could and referral us to where we should of went before going there! Very helpful!
