Excellent care! I met with PA-C Myra Baker, she took time to answer my questions, provide information and took care of my problem. I was able to make same day appointments as well. Highly recommend this office👌🏼

I scheduled an appointment to get my daughter some custom fitted hearing protection. During the appointment the audiologist kept talking about how they were electronic so that she could hear at normal noise levels but once it got above a certain level, they cut off and protected her hearing. I paid $200 up front when the molds were taken. Then the molds were sent to another company and took two weeks to get her hearing protection back. They were nothing more than molded ear plugs with no electronics at all. Not even a lanyard tying the two together. I got the same thing at the Sportsmans Show for $60 and they were done in 20 minutes. I tried calling and the receptionist said that they were not aware that they were supposed to be electronic but the audiologist wouldnt even talk to me.

I am so pleased with the care I received from this office. Having relocated to the area, my kids needed follow up care for adenoid / ear tube surgeries and ear aches immediately. From the initial call to schedule (coordinating 3 appointments in one day!) to the office visit everything went so smoothly. Both my son and and I had recent ear/sinus infections and we were thoroughly explained treatment options and all concerns were addressed with care. Dr. Maschka, his P.A, and audiologist all work together to provide an excellent level of care. Since it was available, we even did the kids hearing tests in the same day. My 4 year old said she enjoyed the visit - everyone was very friendly and accommodating to children. Dr. Maschka told her about the ear tube fairy ;) and (unbeknownst to me found a piece of cotton in her ear that 2 out of state doctors missed). Dr Maschka is extremely knowledgeable on a less common medical issue affecting my sinuses and also provides specialized allergy care. All staff is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their practice for both adults and children.
