The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I admit that I have been having a little bit of trouble with my hearing aids for the past year and have just switched to Flatirons. Within a few minutes I felt tremendously more comfortable than I have for the past year and the issues which I have been dealing with were promptly addressed. I would have loved to have tried the home made cookies but since Im a vegan I had to forego that pleasure

She was so patient and answered my myriad of questions. She took the time to explain what was happening in my ear and used pictures so I could visualize it. I thought it was so cool to even see the inside of my ear and the difference between a healthy ear and my bad ear! Super friendly office! Can’t say enough about how happy I was with my experience there! And to sweeten things even more, she always sends you on your way with a delicious home-made cookie!! Yum!

I want to highlight something specific here: Flatirons Audiologys skill in working with insurance companies. Hearing aids are expensive, and most insurance plan staff dont understand their own benefits. But Flatirons Audiology does. Better than anyone else, they will work with you and your insurance company to make sure you get the hearing help you need.

I highly recommend this office. Cherry got me in very quickly when needed. She’s not only professional and organized, but also very sweet!I saw Dr. Caney Demars and was very impressed with her. She had checked with my insurance prior to my appointment to determine my benefits and had a plan of care ready. She spent as much time as I needed, I never felt rushed. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my results. She is going to follow up with my insurance to help me determine my options should I decide to move forward with any amplification aids :-).I recoomend Dr. Julie to anyone who has questions about their hearing and/or tinnitus.

I found this clinic while looking for providers in my network. Im a lifelong musician that wears earplugs faithfully, but had never had my hearing checked. I also had some FSA dollars I was looking to spend by years end, so when they called to confirm things and discuss my situation, I decided to take the opportunity to get some custom molded earplugs. I called in mid-December and they were easily able to get me on the calendar before the end of the year thanks to recently adding a 2nd doctor.Dr. Demars was great to work with and graciously answered all the questions I threw at her. They even sent me home with a sugar cookie! Cant wait to get my new earplugs.

Dr. Julie and staff are the most honest, hard working and dedicated clinicians. I have been hearing impaired and wearing hearing aids since 2011. They gave me and the people around me a chance to be involved again. I have had follow up hearing test so my hearing loss can be addressed. They change the computer programs in my hearing aids for maximum benefit. I feel sorry for people that have hearing loss and do not know that this help is available.Every time I contact the hearing clinic I am recognized and treated like family. I know they really care. This kind of commitment is hard to find and greatly appreciated. It is only possible to go to five stars on the review but if I could I would give them ten stars.

I have been seeing Dr. Julie at Flatirons Audiology for the past 6 years. I was first referred to her because the audiologist I had been seeing was unwilling to deal with the insurance coverage issues surrounding the purchase of hearing aids. Hearing aids were supposedly covered by my health insurance, but I had to jump through a few hoops to get the company to actually pay for them. Dr. Julie was willing to help me work with the insurance company, pick out the right hearing aids, and then allow me to come back (a number of times) once I had purchased the hearing aids so as to tweak them and make sure that they were working optimally for me. I am now on my second set of hearing aids. The office staff (and Dr. Julie) are very friendly, and visiting Flatirons Audiology is a pleasant experience in its own right.

Just took my daughter there. They were really friendly, professional and patient with her. They even had freshly made cookies as a bonus. Will definitely go back for future hearing tests!

I called to see their location and when I came in Liz was prompt. She saw me right away. One of the wires came off my hearing aids. She called to see if its under warranty, no it wasnt. So I told her to fix it anyway I would pay out of pocket. She gave me an estimate of $160, when done I paid $120. She offered payments but I put it on my emergency card. Very friendly and professional, and great coffee too while you wait.
