Very nice greeting with the secretary. Very sweet girl!! The audiologist is very professional and personable. She explained everything in detail and helped me be able to hear things again. I am working on getting used to my new hearing aids and she said she is there if I need any help. VERY good experience!!

If you are working with insurance and the expectation is that insurance is to pay-do not sign anything -we had to pay full amount-up front before they would order)insurance states it pays 100% of a pair with no payment upfront. 6 months later still trying to get them to reimburse us. Unfortunately this is the reason for a 1 ⭐️. Also have had to go back numerous times as they continue to not work. Go someplace else for better customer service.

Always enjoy talking with the folks at Midwest Medical Hearing Centers at the Lafayette location. Charlie is awesome, and they really care about my hearing and general wellbeing. Highly recommend them.

I arrived a couple of minutes early for my appointment and was taken back right away. My hearing aides were cleaned and adjusted in about ten minutes. The staff was very friendly as usual. Overall a great experience.

Great place for having your hearing checked. Everyone one there is very nice. They answer all your concerns. Casey is an excellent receptionist. Steve really helped ease my concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone.
