During a recent checkup it was determined that 1 of my hearing aids needed to be adjusted. The factory ended up replacing my hearing aid at no cost. I went in to pick it up both aids were adjusted with a computer program. My hearing is better than when I purchased them! Thank you for your expertise and customer service!

The atmosphere of the office is very comfortable and the Receptionist is so alert and friendly. I have trouble walking and she saw me approaching the office and came out and helped me in. My care giver is Dr. Joan Downard and she is absolutely wonderful both in her approach and in her knowledge. She knows how to care for me and any problems with the hearing aids which were purchased based on her suggestion. They are magnificent and so many of my friends have said how much my hearing has improved with these aids. I feel so lucky and cannot say enough good about the Hearing Care Professionals.

At first visit, very friendly and cared about you. After a few months their attitude changed, and was not willing to help a senior citizen out with their situation. I guess they only care about the sale.
