Go see Cole Stalter for a Bobcat. I bought mine two years ago and he still takes my calls and texts. Always willing to help me with a machine that is well out of warranty. He has my business for life. Jim Darling is also a great asset to Bobcat. He knows his parts and is a great help when I need something.

If I could leave no stars I would but I would say that the one star is for answering the phone when I phoned them, as they do not return phone calls, the young lady answering the phone is NOT a knowledgeable staff member, the salesmen can not be reached, they do not return phone calls, the man in the parts department ordered an implement for me and before it could arrive I had choose to purchase another item as well, upon trying to do so, I was unable to gain assistance from anyone there at all.. so, I phoned another dealership and was able to get both implements that i required the very next morning! also I paid with my debit card and the Lafayette store told me that I would be charged a fee to spend money with them.. was not so at the alternate location. Jim in parts at the Lafayette location called and ask this morning if I received his message that my bobtach plate had arrived, when I told him that i felt I had been treated rudely and that his staff was unhelpful and rude, adding a thank you.. he responded with dont call here again..lol.. I assure you I will not.. if I can not get what i need for the bobcat we own elsewhere.. I will buy a John deere... Thanks Jim.... Sincerely, Jennifer Crawford
