Great for mowers, parts and service.

Mower in to replace a $30 controller cable. Three trips in to their shop, over $500 in repairs and my mower is still NOT FIXED! Im giving up on these guys; they just cant get it done. You may want to as well.Could not be MORE DISAPPOINTED Tyree Mower Repair!!!!!!!

This is not a used small engine repair shop, as far as any to sell goes. (As listed in their goggle add) They have exactly 0 used ANYTHG to sell. I looked. And I asked. I also requested an option as to getting repaired/refurbished small engine merchandise. Head guy there says it dont pay to buy nothing used thats been fixed! Ital just break, then u gotta get it fixed again......I found that a bit scary coming from the guy whos job it was - is? To fix stuff, right?, Charge you money for it, and send you home with it. There was a whole line of stuff in front of the store, just waiting to go back home..., And then? Well, guess thats why none of it was for sell maybe, cause its just gonna break, dont know? Not my words! Ill look somewhere where someone has a bit more confidence in the work Thanks

It is sad to think that this is the type of effort they put forward... I called with an MTD pn for a Craftsman r1000. Said part is for multiple brands of mower. Lady that answered takes the number then asks what brand of mower... Not that it makes a difference, but its a Craftsman. Sorry we dont sell Craftsman parts. Click. Really?!? I mean arent you a repair shop? Dont you like 90% of other shops order from MTD??? Never made it to the brick and mortar store, and kinda glad I didnt. If theyre this lazy on the phone imagine the quality of their work. And I would definitely hesitate to purchase any equipment from them without some sort of iron clad warranty. Too bad.

Lady at the counter was very nice. Got me in and out pretty quickly. Left my mower with them on Thursday morning. Said it would take them 2 or 3 business for them to diagnose the issue and repair it. So I waited for a call like she said they would with the problem. Monday evening comes along, still no call. So I call Tuesday morning and they had no clue who I was or what mower I brought in. I told them my ticket number and everything. Finally a guy finds my info. Yet nothing has been done to it. So he says they will get back to me with the problem. Calls back later with diagnosis.. really $85?? I can practically buy a brand new mower! So in the end. I got it fixed, buy I wont go back. For those prices Ill just by a new mower! Oh and word to the wise, take pictures of your mower. Be sure to get the serial number too.

This is a really great family owned and operated business! The owner, Kyle, is a really great guy and business man. They have the best equipment with a low price! When you need your equipment serviced or repaired, I would look no further. This is the place!

Wouldnt recommend this place. Tell you one price then charge a different price. Will not go there again. Be careful dealing with them if you decide to do business with them.

Did a great job (timely) on warranty work for my cub cadet. Sharpened the blades for a reasonable price, too.

Bad customer service. Owner was very disrespectful. Not recommend doing business with them.

Found them very rude went to Rural King very fast and great work and at a low $$.

They are good to work with but are very busy. You will wait to get your mower back.

Great people I have bought a ridding mower and push mower. I take and get them serviced every year just alouell 2-3 weeks for service.

Great maintenance service to start the mowing season.

Horrible.. Brought mower in for repair said all good, took it home would not start. They said they had issues starting it when I brought it in and tried to pick it up waited 45 minutes to pick up. Brought it back after spending 95 bucks and then they said the carb is bad and it would cost 137. I told them that they should of kow the first time and fixed it when it didnt start. He said ok Ill charge you for the part and they said it was fixed. Guess what still having issues. They suck..

I dont think that they are worth one star, they dont tell you that they charge a inspection fee of $30.00 dollars even when your mower is under warranty. My mower had a miss not very bad but a miss i had been mowing with it i thought i would get it fixed and he told me uthat it was starving for gas that the carb.was dirty, i know when a carb. Is dirty they will not hardly run at all and smoke black smoke all they did was start it up and check the air filter. Needless to say i took it back and got me a new mower, before I took it back i checked the plug it had a white powder on the outside of it were it was misfiring so the problem was in the plug wire or the magneto. Since he said it was a dirty carb.the warranty would not pay to fix it. He would fix it for$50.00 now Im looking at $80.00 dollars they are a rip off.
