The office people helped me with a short notice move. She worked with me to figure out what truck I would need and gave me an estimate. The 2 men were on time and communicated well with me with their ETA etc. They did an exceptional job and took great care of my furniture (and my walls. ) The final price came in at the lower side of the estimate which was great. I would definitely use them again.

This was a fantastic moving experience. All of my things were handled and transported with extreme care, and the move was still done efficiently. Definitely I will enlist Two Men and a Truck for all of my future moves.

Leading up to date of move the office communication was great. The day of the move, the office called to let us know they would arrive 3 hours early. Within the 30 minutes of movers arrival, they already decided they would exceed the estimated time by an hour (almost as if they had to fulfill a days work). Crew was VERY slow.......VERY weak.......and VERY unprofessional. 7 hours of paid moving time included smoke breaks and lunch. Yes, I paid $270 an hour for them to smoke and eat lunch.Members of the crew complained the entire time about heavy items and left items behind that we had to move ourselves. Crew member helped himself to taste testing our liquor cabinet. I have emailed and left a voicemail and received no return communication from the office or management. I hope for the success of this location that we did not get their A Team. This move was organized and we were prepared - would have taken 4 high school kids 5 hours to move us........next time. I would not refer this location at this point.Almost forgot - we have damaged plates, doorway and ping pong table as a result of the movers.Update 10.20.21 - I have spoken with Stephen, the branch manager, and he suggested that he would begin claim steps on damaged goods. I will update on the process. Did not pay for the crews lunch hour but did pay $270 per hour of drive time (1.75 hours). Read the fine print.

The people are friendly and want to satisfy their customers! They carefully moved everything and made sure it was wrapped and protected if needed! Great people who really care. This move was DOUBLE what my 88 year old mother had budgeted for. Shes not happy. $5/mile is fine for in-town but long distance should be less than $2/mile. Total rip off. Great placement of items to where they belonged. However, the lamp is missing the glass dome; was it left in the truck in the back seat? I may have to buy another lamp.

There was originally a problem with one of the trucks so our moving did not start on time. However, they got additional movers from another area, at no extra cost, to help make it go as quickly as possible once they arrived. Professional, courteous, and our items were handled as if they were their own. Highly recommend.

Our appointment was at 1:30 p.m., the Movers showed up a half an hour late and did not even step foot in the house until approx 2:20 pm. We were told a quote of 500 to 700. The movers were slow but very nice. They literally had five guys there and we had most of the items brought down stairs and placed in the garage for them to save time and money. We were charged 860.00 and were told it took longer than expected. I asked how that could be because they had 5 guys there. Caught two of the workers vaping in my house and garage. They forgot items at the old house that we had drive 40 minute round trip to get. I called the main office and was told a supervisor would be calling. I have not received a call at all. I feel as though we were taken advantage of and lied too.

Not worth the money. Nickle and Dime you at every corner.First off, they scheduled a storage unit for me, then 3 days before the move the told me they had no available storage.They call me at 12:39 to see if they can come early. The drive around in circles trying to find parking. Finally get to my apartment at 12:15. We finish at 2:42 maybe a little earlier. They charge me 2 and a half hours -Why? Because I was a few minutes above 2 hours from the time they left?then I get up charged on some insurance thats not even useful. I was never talk about it being optional.They did a fine job moving, I just was charged way more than it should have cost. I wont use them again.

We moved from Lafayette to Fishers, and getting a quote and appointment were easy. Tiffany helped us create a quote and went over what to expect for our move. She was professional and helpful throughout the process. Our movers were Marion, Travis, Alex and James and I cant begin to give them enough praise. They showed up on time, were kind and upbeat during the entire move despite the heat and humidity. They were careful not to damage our home or belongings and worked quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needed movers.

I would like to start off with the positive. The movers did not break any of my belongings. Now, for the negatives, beginning with the quote/estimate process. I received a quote and accepted it within 2 days, and upon accepting, I received a new quote with the number of movers increased, but the estimated length of time the same, therefore increasing the cost of the move. Also, the original quote stated that they would arrive between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., once they had not arrived by 8:30 a.m., I called the office to see if something changed. I was informed that the movers get them from their garage location and quickly brief their day at 8:00 a.m. They will arrive sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Next issue, during the move, the movers requested a break, which I think is entirely fair, but what is not is that it was included in the amount of time it took them to do the move, which was a contributing factor to the amount of time it took to do the move. Next issue, due to the break, the final cost of the move was longer and therefore more expensive than the quote. The last issue, I tried to dispute the final bill with the office and was told that the complaint would be escalated to the District Manager/Director, but I never heard back with the next steps.With all this said, the moral of the story, if you are still reading, is, DO NOT USE Two Men and a Truck. Do better since there are alternative movers one can use. I suggested those looking for movers use other companies or consider TaskRabbit!

Hard-working and very fast in padding all the furniture, getting it on the truck and unloading it. I would highly recommend the company and this crew.

The Company gave me what I requested— four men and a truck. They made contact with me prior to leaving, arrived on time and took care of furnishings properly. They were very courteous, patient, and followed their policies well.They did not have any packing tape for the boxes I requested— I did not know I was supposed to furnish it. Luckily I carry some in my glove box.I had to sign at least 4 times on an iPad what was not clear to me exactly what I was signing. It would help if the inventory list that I emailed was present on the iPad with a column for me to re-inventory once everything was placed in the new location. I had to sign that everything was there in the same condition as they took it, but I didn’t really feel I had time or a thorough list to compare it to. I feel should also be given have an itemize list of the charges. I will have to call and request that be sent to me for my files.

Indy and Chris did a great job helping me move. They did a wonderful job wrapping all my furniture to protect it, and took care to protect the hardwood floors and staircase. They were friendly, professional and polite. I will definitely trust Two Men and a Truck the next time I need to move.

Without a doubt the best experience Ive ever had with movers.The team was on time, professional, and careful with both my belongings and my house. I really appreciated how quick and thorough they were with walk through before unloading the truck to see where my belongings should go, and the walk through at the end to confirm that everything was in the right place and in good condition. This is an easy 5 star rating for me.

Overall, they were very responsive and efficient. They took time to make sure things were discussed and cared for. Also did a great job with taking care of the surroundings to minimize damages. I would however make sure and clarify on the cost of the move. That would be the only improvement I can really say.

I submitted a request for a quote online on 06/05 to move on 06/09. I got an email back saying the store would reach out to get more information from me to finish my quote. I did not expect to hear back the next day as it was a Sunday, but after not hearing anything on Monday or Tuesday I called them on Tuesday 06/08 at 3P. The woman I spoke with told me she was having issues with her system and would give me a call back. Its now Thursday 06/10 and I have still not heard back from them. So if you are not actually interested in getting anything moved I would recommend them, but if you actually want to hear back/get a move scheduled you might want to try another company.

Everything was great like really great, except....I was quoted $1300 and paid $1700. I moved from Lafayette, IN to Indianapolis. I understand what a quote is and its just an estimate but $400 hike???? Im waiting for an explanation.

Schedule team and movers pressured us with time all the time. It seems that in movers team everyone is boss. They come and repeatedly remind that they don’t have time. Even so I asked and explained that I am moving and don’t care how long it takes. I am paying by hourly anyway so why they were pushing about time not clear and gives lots of stress to customer. They also complained about adding more boxes and items. Again it is hourly based and people are moving and more stuff could happen. Movers, drivers, supervisor all feeling that they can come and tell you we don’t have time. It is crazy. Never again will hire this company. They charge you the time they live office not when they start. That is insane like wow who does it. They charge for plastic that they use to not make a dirt on your carpet. And still make a dirt mark on my carpet that I need to clean. They argued that they can’t take ice melting salt. They didn’t help when I asked could you help with packing. They said it is different rate and should be ordered in advance. In one word stay away from this company and you will save your nerves and time and money!!!!06/22/21 Update: it is interesting that instead of addressing the concerns this business asking to call them back. You have all my contacts, when you got a job you knew how to call me.

5 days prior to a scheduled household move it was discovered that we were not on the schedule!! In a panic Two Men and A Truck was contacted. They were able to provide me with a quote for a two-phase move that included storage and out-of-State move in 6 months. They were extremely helpful and professional. I did not use their services as I was able to get the original company from the Indianapolis location to provide the move and storage. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck 100%

My sister used this company and was not told they charge more on Saturday; not told they had wrap all the furniture. Was told they would be $500 or less and it was $935 because they wrapped everything as slowly as possible. Couldnt get two pieces of furniture to the basement so they left it in the garage. Dont use them. They give you a low estimate and dont tell you that they put plastic on all the furniture and charge by the hour.

We had 2 trucks and 4 men: Brad W, Dave H, Ian K, and Riley K. They were very hard-working, polite, considerate, and had positive attitudes.

I hired them to help me in a quick move. I work in healthcare so my time is limited. They showed up and told me they could not move because they saw “bugs”. I forgot to wipe the table from having brown rice the night before. And my son was trying to help and spilled flour on the carpet before they got there. Very unprofessional and I’m glad I didn’t pay beforehand. I found a waaaay better services and more affordable price.

Our move was a big move from one home to another. They sent 4 men - who were all awesome, respectful, friendly, and very hard workers! It was a very difficult move and these 4 men worked 6 hours straight without a break and through lunch. I was blessed and beyond pleased with them all. The 4 gentlemen who moved my house were the most professional crew with whom I’ve ever worked. Ian was in complete control of what was happening the entire time. Leadership isn’t something that is easily done correctly, but Ian took the time to coach his team, including a new crew member, through the process. Their communication was precise and thorough. Anthony, Ian 2, and Justin were on point and handled a complex move like the skilled individual with whom I’ve become accustomed to working with when using this company. I highly recommend this company above all others.

They broke a glass shelf but got it replaced right away. they were very polite and professional. i had a gigantic treadmill that had to go down staris. it took all four of them. i didnt think it was possible for it to fit down the stairs but they worked at it until it squeezed through.

The movers who helped me (Brandon, Chris and Jason) were on time and quick with the moving out process. The moving in process hit a snag when my couch wouldnt fit in the entrance of the new place, but they went out of their way to ensure that my couch was safely in my new home. And my total came out to be the upper limit of what was estimated, despite the snag so I am very satisfied with this service.

Marion and Riley were the movers we had on our moving day. We hadn’t used movers before and I highly underestimated our move so they ended up being with us for about 8 hours. I felt horrible but they both were super nice and got most of our house moved and delivered safely.

Kiler, Riley and Chris were an excellent crew and I was glad to have them both days. Kiler is especially knowledgeable in all things about packing and moving. They were all fun to be around, cheerful and helpful throughout the process.

The office staff was outstanding -- despite only 2 days notice and needing a move on a Friday (putting my mom in hospice), they were able to squeeze us in, and they and the mover guys were as terrific as before when we used them 2 years ago. Very kind and understanding, too!

The guys sent to move us were on time to what was scheduled, got right to work surveying the location of the furniture. Then proceeded to wrap our furniture so nothing would be damaged. Once to the new house, again asked where the pieces of furniture went and carefully unloaded everything putting it where we designated the furniture to go, even when I mixed up the beds. They were professional, accommodating but also friendly. My husband, having retired from the department of justice was pleasantly surprised at their level of their professionalism and not just common furniture movers. We would recommend this moving company.

During our move our TV stand was broken. They came to fill out a claim. That was on 9/10/20. I have not heard from them since. I have emailed and called with no response. Our movers were great outside of accidentally damaging our TV stand. The customer service after has been great disappointment with no communication at all. I would not recommend them just for the fact that their customer service is nonexistent if something is damaged and they seem to not want to correct the issue.

Our team was great. Ian and Travis made short work of wrapping ALL furnature and other valuables. They were very nice and professional, even wearing masks during a time when public health is of great concern. Somehow they were able to move a massive, heavy electric loveseat recliner up a narrow & difficult stairwell without so much as a scuff on the wall. Very HAPPY with my service experience!

Other than the quote being $1400 less than what it ended up costing the movers were amazing! They were all very courteous and careful with our things. They made sure everything was taken care of and put where it was supposed to be and put together how it should be. They wrapped everything very carefully and made sure not to damage doors or anything when moving. I only wish the quote wouldn’t have been said to be on the “high” end so that I could’ve budgeted the extra $1400 it ended up costing.

I was disappointed with the quality of the moving service. Unfortunately, our sons sons crib was damaged when they moved it, as well as our dryer. They also did not handle some other items well that we noticed scratches. I would not recommend this company unless you really cant find someone else. Its been over two weeks and they still havent come to fill out a damage report to replace our sons crib. Not prompt and not professional movers.

The office staff is great! My closing got moved and then there was an option to maybe move in early, then they said no so we only had access to the house after closing. Those girls put up with so much from us and they did everything they could to make sure we had guys and a truck on the right day.The guys where very sweet and personable. The big guy with the beard was ready to answer questions at any time. The little guy whos name started with an r was very peppy and zipped all over the place getting things done. The foreign guy was so focused on work that he never heard us ask what he wanted to drink. He opened up at the end when he saw the light at the end of the tunnel. They where running a little lay that day so they brought a fourth guy to make sure they where done on time for us.Just great people

We utilized this company for our Ohio move and they were fabulous. They had to move items from three properties and were experts at it. Then we hired them to move two businesses into one. We are going to use them in Indiana soon. Having previously dealt with companies who damage furniture, drag the process out and can be unprofessional, seeing how it should be done by Two Men and a Truck, we were entirely impressed.

The price quote scared me away so I didnt even use their service. I was quoted $6,500 minimum (higher price for them not to put my belongings in storage for a week) for a 700 mile move. Im able to rent a 20 Uhaul and a car tow for $900 and drive it out myself.
