I will NEVER go to another storage company ever again! This place TOOS THEM ALL! So many conveniences inside like a bathroom, water fountain, and TONS of different carts. Ive always stored at uncle bobs until this terrible company took over where Im lucky to find A SINGLE Cart in the new named climate controlled stores where the climate was ALWAYS HOT NEAR 80 F AT NIGHT. No more life storage for me. Uhaul storage is the new me!

Honestly everybody was super sweet and helpful. The location was great very clean and organized. I was so pleased on how you all are coming needed me and the gentleman at this location definitely fulfilled their request by updating my order and really help me out when I had an emergency. I will definitely come back to this location and will Rave about them to anybody. Thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me today.

Went there to install a hitch. The job was slated for about 3 hours, ended up taking over 24 hours. Worse than that, the job was NOT done properly (something I realized 2 weeks later when I rented a U-haul trailer and was ready to travel 1000 miles from Louisiana to Durham NC. Picked up a trailer from a different Lafayette U-haul location (another big issue with that location). The pickup location personnel connected my wires and the trailer. He said all the signals worked worked including the brake light. After packing the trailer and was ready to head out, I decided to test the wiring myself. Left signal turned on right signal o the trailer, and right signal turned on right signal on the trailer. Brake lights did not work at all. End result, bad wiring even after 24 hours of labor. This bad wiring was told be a pass even by the other location that I rented the truck from. Shame on U-haul

My husband and I went in to rent an appliance dolly and the employees were very nice and helpful.

We had a U-Box to move our stuff from California to Louisiana. That was supposed to be delivered on the 10th. It never showed up. Turns out that date was deemed undeliverable, but they didnt deem fit to call and tell us that. We called every day leading up to today to try to get something sorted out. They never answered. When they finally did answer, the lady told us she doesnt know anything about that and told us somebody would give us a call back. Nobody ever called back. Ended up having to go to the facility and renting a truck to load it up ourselves.

Not impressed. I went in to inquire about renting a truck. I was advised that they didnt have any available, which is understandable. I asked when I should try again and was told to try back in about a week.I also asked if I would have better luck trying to reserve a rental on the website and was advised that the website is not very reliable and booking online would not really mean that I could confidently expect the reservation to be honored.

Courteous, efficient staff. They did not have the rental I needed, but quickly found another local UJaul that did, and reserved it for me! Excellent!!!!

Horrible horrible ... Got there after the app said vehicle was ready ... But no vehicle at all stayed in parking lot for 3 hours trying to contact someone that could help by giving us one of the 25 vehicles in the parking lot ... Then had to uber all the way back to my house .. An added expense with uhaul providing no resolution .. Instead they tried to convince me where I had gone wrong ... I know where I went wrong ... Renting from uhaul ... So much for customer service, 24/7 pickup, and a guarantee ...

Chelsea was amazing .. however u-haul was not for one online booking sucks did have the equipment it let me rent because u-haul dont bother to check with the workers at the site to see what they do and dont have! And that put undue stress and work on the site employees ( thanks you Chelsea @ the kaliste.saloom. location in Lafayette la ) for being able to not only help my situation but the other I watched you fix that the online booking messed up!!! And the only reason I would ever use u-haul agian is due to Chelsea and her work ethic and knowledge..

The manager was friendly and helpful. He explained where the load/ unload areas were and gave us a map to find the storage lockers.

Friendliest staff I have ever met at a Uhual storage. Ordered my truck, helpers and got my supplies for a fraction of the moving company quotes too.

Clean, Efficiently laid out, convenient, and those family members I helped are saving money over their previous location. Im Thankful.

Experiences very very horrible experiences they never have the right truck ready they never have it ready on time or its not in at all and they always have something to argue about and never have things right I am very disappointed very disappointed Ive been here since Friday and its Thursday and I still havent gotten the truck now thats what I put down got a call from U-Haul at 11:15 that the truck was in and I could pick it up I told him hell no because it needed to be inspected it needed to be checked it needed to be cleaned and I was not going to pick it up until that was done what is the problem with your companies

Make sure you check the fuel level with renting. This location tried to lie about the starting fuel level. Marked 11/16ths on the contract, but my passenger took this photo one mile from the start. I had to replace 5 gallons of gas that I did NOT use.

They were very courteous and informational about the size of truck that I would need to use. They also have all sizes of boxes and different kinds of materials to purchase at a reasonable price. Things that you will or might need. Its all in one place.

Had a reservation to pick up a truck, & we go to pick it up but they say none are available due to flat tires, etc. Rude. Not helpful. Unreliable.
