Didnt realize the wait was going to be long basically burned 4 hours and then some plus they really dont tell you much other than if you see some one inside they will tell you sign in and park and we will call you. Also Driver has to have a safety vest and straps or load locks for the load incase they dont tell you before you head over there. And when they are loading you cant be in your truck. Guy that loaded my trailer was nice.

Trucker; the wait wasnt too bad 3 hours! But once they start loading you they want you to leave the ac in your truck and wait in hot warehouse whe they load. You can disconnect from trailer and wait in truck if you want to. It only took 15 minutes to get loaded once they started.

It was real easy to unload and load here. Everyone was nice and helpful. It didnt take up too much of our time. It was a very busy place but organized so it moved quickly. We dropped hooked and left quickly.

They dont have very long waiting times. good organisms. After you fill out the required documents, you park and they call you on the phone when it is your turn.

Quick. Picked a good time to get in. Only 1truck ahead of me . 1/2 hour to dock and leave.

Usually loading is pretty quick, not today! Been here over 6 hours while other trucks come and go. They’re trying to give me some excuse about “that load takes longer to run”. That’s a lie, I’ve picked up this same load at least 3 times and never took more than 1 1/2 hours.

I was off of the dock by 3in and they complained about that. I asked him if I could have something to drink they said employees only so this company is pretty trash if I can help it I would not come back.

I got there the night before unloading 1:30 HR out, it was room to staying there .all good .

Check in and they put me right in a dock. But it’s been over two hour and I’m still in a dock waiting to get loaded. Shipping need better loading time.

Schedule time 1400 got checked in at 1350. Finally got in door at 1800. Im still not done at 1900 this place said they have not made product. They were expecting me. I got told it was going to be 2 hours at 1400 then checked back got told it would be 1900. This place does not know what they are doing.

Excellent shipping department. Make sure you have at least two straps or load locks. Very nice break room and loaded within 20 minutes.

Nice stuff ! Friendly! Fast loading ! FCFS ! Sometimes they may be busy so dont judge and leave negative comments.....

A little over an hr were leaving and thats from the time we checked in. Ive never seen an International Paper facility load so fast! :)

Pick up w 53 dry van, waited about 1.5 hrs for free dock(Im 3rd in line) quick loading once I bumped into dock. Staff friendly and helpful.

Roll stock receiving is in no hurry. 2 drivers ahead of me & ones been waiting over 2 hours to get unloaded.

ALL DRIVERS BRING A LUNCH AND BE SURE TO CHARGE DOUBLE ON THE RATE THIS SHIPPER IS NO HURRY TO MOVE PRODUCT. IVE ALREADY FLAGGED THE BROKER ON THIS ONE

Waiting for a dock door for 2 hrs. Loading time is under an hour after you get in the door. Load of cardboard.
